Never called when they said they said the would 3 different times. And never called to cancel a meeting or respond to a date and time set so a No Show. His mother is handeling his 1 person business and she seems nice but not calling custkmers back when she says they will and cancelling call backs and appts. Are a big deal in this business. They are too small pretending they are a company it is basically one technician her son and not a company at all! Misrepresentation.

JD came on time, explained the issue when fixing it and showed me how to check problems in the future. Great service.
