    Very nice, however we have experienced a couple of issues with our system (78 degrees in the house when thermostat was set for 73 degrees) on a Thursday and told it would be Monday before they could come to our home.

    We asked for a quote for a second unit upstairs and was told we'd receive it that afternoon. We didn't. I called back a week plus later and again requested the quote, and was again told we'd received it by that afternoon. This was last week and we've yet to receive anything from anyone.

    As I mentioned the folks are nice. However, "nice" doesn't address heating/cooling issues. Nice is insufficient.

    I have used this service before. The tech that came out out look at my heating system was very helpful and polite. Great Great company to call for services. If I could give them 10 stars I would I highly recommend them.

    I wouldn't recommend this company. I tried to get them to install ducts and vents in a building I rent, but they were unprofessional and disrespectful.

    They promised they will come back to me with an estimated within 48 hours. Well, after 48 hours of not hearing from them I started calling them to check on my estimate. Mind you I have very limited time to finish this job.

    Couple people responded to me and for three times they told me they will call back after "clarifying a few things." One of the operators told me after I called the second time that my estimate is almost ready and that he will send it via email.

    Next day, and we are counting beyond 72 hours. When I call their office they hang up on my number. I thought it was a mistake and tried calling again, but this time they hanged up even faster.

    I understand some businesses are overwhelmed during these difficult times, but when I was disrespected like that I found it unacceptable. They could have simply called me back and apologized. I would have understood if they are having difficulty with any of my requests, but to hang the phone on me in such a disrespectful manner was the final straw.

    So much for google guarantee!
