JM Plumbing and Heating was able to come inspect our hot water heater within hours after I first called them. They were able to provide us with a new pump on the same day and even waiting until after my daughter's nap time so they wouldn't make noise. They were very efficient. I would highly recommend this company!

We happened on JM Plumbing & Heating through a search of Navien Combi Boiler installers in the area. Our old boiler system and water heater were going to be removed for a remodel and needed to be replaced with a modernized system. Nick at JM was able to install this combi boiler with a very short lead time and kindly provided space heaters for the 4 days we did have to be without heat for the boiler pipes to be relocated. Throughout the process Nick checked in onsite and via text and phone, and made sure everything was moving along smoothly and in a timely manner. He also checked in twice after install to make sure heat and hot water were still working as expected.

We are very happy with the work that has been completed by JM Plumbing & Heating and look forward to working with Nick and his team in the future.

We had a great customer experience with JM Plumbing and Heating. Nick was very helpful and had great communication from beginning to end of the transaction. Ziyad was very professional when he came to make the first visit and assessment. He clearly explained the problem(s) and the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing. We opted to replace, and I'm glad we did. Ziyad came with two other techs to do the actual HVAC replacement. When they were in the middle of the job, they got a closer look at the water heater and advised me that that needed replacing as well. (We had been advised by our home inspector two years earlier that the water heater would need to be replaced sooner rather than later, so I knew they weren't just making it up.) The team worked all day (12 hours) to get everything done, and Ziyad came back the following day to adjust one small thing. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of JM's work and their professionalism. They cleaned up the work site very thoroughly and walked me through the work that had been done. I would recommend them and will go back to them in the future should the need arise.

Nick gave us a very fair estimate and started work on a new tankless heater the same day! We were very pleased with his professionalism and that of his team. The work was done cleanly and neatly. He explained the new system fully and had great communication the entire time.

Excellent service, they installed my initial tankless water heater (Steibel Eltron) electric in October 2008. A lot of work and cost initially as they had to bring electric wiring up to code to handle unit, but it was worth it. The Unit died exactly 1 month after 3 year warranty expired November 2011.

I called JM plumbing and they installed a brand new unit that the German manufacturer honored and replaced a month out of warranty. That impressed me-manufacturer honoring the unit a month after warranty expired.

Fast forward to June 2019, unit was acting up after 9 years and JR Plumbing installed new electric unit and the warranty is now 7 years for the Electric unit, Steibel Eltron,

JR Plumbing are professionals who know their craft and get the job done. I will always use their company for all my tankless system issues.

I have used JM Plumbing many times in the last few years. They did some major work for us, including changing over several old fashioned radiators to new more elegant slimline versions. The important thing is even on small jobs they are reliable and get it done properly.
