I have used JM Plumbing for 16 years. The firm with Nick and Jose at the helm is professional, quick to respond and provides top quality services. They installed and have provided maintenance to my HVAC and my tankless water heating systems. When I had my major house renovations, they upgraded all my plumbing, built a powder room under my stairs, installed toilets, bathroom fixtures, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, etc. I will continue to call on them for all my plumbing, HVAC and tankless water heater issues and maintenance. I highly recommend JM Plumbing.

I have had great experiences with JM Plumbing; the two plumbers that have worked on my home are Dimitri and Abel and both are unfailingly professional, knowledgeable, do excellent Plumbing work and are exceedingly honest; the 4 things that are critical to me as a homeowner. Their rates are affordable and they take the time to explain in detail everything that the do. Great work and excellent value all around!

I’ve used JM Plumbing on a variety of jobs - including new HVAC and water heaters for two properties, installation of frost-proof hose bibs outdoors, and various short-notice repairs. They are always responsive and prompt to install or fix what’s needed at a reasonable rate. I’m so glad to have a reliable plumber that I can email whenever I need something!

JM plumbing replaced a water heater for me in august. They were responsive, prompt, and affordable. They cleaned up after themselves, and left the place neater than they found it. Good thing too, because my furnace in the same house started leaking, (well flooding, really), on Friday night, right before the first big snowstorm we’ve had in a couple of years. I called, and left a message for Nick, and he got back to me quickly with a game plan for replacing the old one. While my tenants went without heat over the weekend, by Tuesday morning, the guys were at the house with a new furnace. Installation was great and heat was restored. Given that it was a weekend and the weather was terrible, I was thrilled that it was handled as quickly as it was.

I am glad that the initial job they did was so well done, because I don’t know who I would have called otherwise about the furnace. I’ve recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so.

I contracted with JM to install a new boiler in our home. I solicited nine bids, and though their estimate was not the lowest, I felt confident in my decision. From my first contact with JM to the conclusion of the installation they knocked the ball out of the park. They left no doubt in my mind that I was a valued customer, and never once tried to dumb me down (other’s did). Their follow-up after contracting was smart and encouraging. By the time their installation team arrived I knew that I would be delighted with every aspect of their work. Everyone that I encountered at JM treated me with respect and provided informative and timely information. They delivered on every promise that they made. Also, I’m no stranger to tools and was pleased to see how well they handled theirs. I felt good through the entire process and would not hesitate to recommend their work and validate their heightened customer sensitivity, especially when it came to respecting my home and my questions. They honored every single commitment that they made. Most importantly, I was left thinking that JM is a company that values its employees, is concerned about their safety, and makes sure to field highly-trained and talented workers. No wonder then that they in turn valued me and my needs! Call them. You won’t be disappointed!

The team that came to install my tankless hot water heater arrived early, got it all set up and installed quickly, and cleaned up too. They even put up with my questions. Overall a great experience. I'd definitely use JM Plumbing & Heating again.

The JM plumbing team was fantastic. My hot water went out, they immediately addressed it. The two techs were very knowledgeable and the fix was seamless. I would highly recommend the JM Plumbing and Heating team!

Our hot water heater died in the middle of the night and we were not excited about waiting multiple days for service. We called Nick with JM Plumbing and they happened to be working on a job up the street from us so on a break they sent a couple guys over and got the hot water heater replaced and fixed up and running within a couple hours. They were great to work with, honest, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend them.

The team at JM are terrific - thorough, professional, and clean. They are great problem solvers. We replaced a tankless water heater, and 2 furnace and AC units including complicated roof locations and they were great throughout.

We called JM Plumbing three times over 2.5 weeks, spoke to the receptionist and left messages and NEVER got a call back. I called and left my cell and my husband called and left his, neither number was contacted. We understand busy but no call at all? Each time we called we made sure to explain what we were looking for and were assured someone would be in touch. Never happened.
