Our tankless hot water heater had had no maintenance at all in the 15 years we've had it. I contacted the original installers who asked pertinent questions about the system and whether there were any problems as part of the scheduling process. They then got a man over to our house the next day. Both the scheduler (Nick) and the tech who came to our house (Dimitri) were very pleasant to work with. Dimitri in particular was familiar with our particular tankless system since he has one himself and was able to offer first hand experience with the set up. He was admirably honest about what was needed and what we could possibly wait on, as well as what the manufacturer recommends. It turned out that bees had gotten into the fan that vents the system outside which was causing a noise and some blocking of the venting. Dimitri was able to clean out the fan from inside the house but no major scaling or flushing work was required. While there, he fixed a toilet that had a leaking flapper. I thought the charge was maybe a bit high but it was much less than less than they had originally quoted since the larger job was not ultimately needed. I would certainly recommend JM, a long established family-owned business.

Used JM to install a combi boiler. Easy advance correspondence over email for project coordination and questions. Team showed up on time, were respectful of property, and cleaned up when they were done. They were accommodating of a couple of special requests/unique circumstances related to our house. I was very happy with the experience.

My hot water heater went out early on a Sunday morning. JM Plumbing and Heating quickly came to my rescue. By sending photos of my old tank and communicating via text, we agreed to what I needed as a replacement. Early, Monday morning, I received the estimate and at 2:00, JM Plumbing and Heating was at my door with a new gas hot water heater!
They replaced the old tank and removed it. They cleaned up well and no mess was left behind. I received specific instructions on how to turn everything on and off, if I were to have an emergency again.
I will definitely use them again. They were friendly, very knowledgeable, courteous and they basically worked very quietly. I’m a happy camper.

JM plumbing was a treat to work with. We had them install a combi-boiler for domestic hot water and a new in floor radiant heat solution. The team was flexible, friendly, knowledgeable and did an incredible job. We had a unique setup and they were able to accommodate us without any issue.

We had a great experience with Nick and his team on the repair and maintenance of our furnace and radiators. I called multiple companies that told me they couldn’t come out for a month+ and Nick came by the next day to take a look at our furnace and they started the work the following day. Our furnace is 26+ years old and it required some new parts and a lot of maintenance. The team was extremely detail oriented and never rushed the job. They ended up encountering some additional issues and worked on the problem until it was complete. They were all extremely professional and nice, and they communicated with us every step of the way. We will definitely be using them for all of our future heating needs.

They installed a WarmSource boiler from Warmboard and a Navien tankless water heater. The plumbing they did in my mechanical closet is really clean and tidy, the team was responsive and knowledgeable. Really happy with the work!
