For various reasons having to do with the particular space in our house where our old water heater was located, we were having a really tough time finding a company that could replace our tank water heater with an electric tankless. JM was incredibly responsive right off the bat, listened to our questions and concerns, and did incredible work. We're really happy to have worked with them and appreciate their professionalism and quality work! Will highly recommend them to others in the future.

We had a water heater short which caused the water heater supply to be faulty. Contacted JM Plumbing for an assessment and provided pictures and requirements. They were extremely responsive, and provided a quality replacement, scheduled right away and were very professional. All technicians were supportive and helpful to our needs and getting us set up. JM has remarkably good reviews and this is no accident. Working with them has been one of the most positive service-vendor-related experiences I've had as a homeowner. I submitted a query via their online form and within hours was asked if I could provide photos of the issue areas. The next afternoon a rep from JM was at my home assessing the situation. There was an extremely reasonable estimate in my Inbox by the following afternoon and two days later, JM was at my house getting the work done. They took out an old water heater, put in the new one and fixed a cracked sewage pipe in a little over 2 hours. They were polite, communicative and seemed more than willing to explain what are probably simple plumbing concepts to this non-plumber. They left the work areas cleaner than they were when they arrived. And they were happy to respect my COVID-related requests for masks. Finding a service vendor you can trust is gold. It's good to know that I've got one in JM - we'll be working with them again in the future.

JM Plumbing promptly installed a combi-boiler system in my home following a water heater failure. They came out within two hours of my calling for service and were able to schedule removal and replacement of our boiler and water heater the following day. I had a great experience with JM Plumbing. Nick and his team were great to work with. They were extremely helpful in walking me through the process of replacing my boiler that ran on oil fuel. They helped me identifying a great combination system (tankless water heater and gas boiler). They were patient and knowledgeable during the process. At installation they were keenly aware of social distancing practices while still interacting with me either via text or at a safe distance. Was without hotwater for 3 weeks and had problems with other plumbers being responsive. Called JM and they provided a very responsible and fair same day estimate. The tankless was installed the following morning. The crew did excellent and fast work. They left the place cleaner than they found it. Will definitely be using them again.
