We've worked with J&M for something like eight years now and they have never let us down. They've helped with our cooler, changed out our water heater and water softener, and have done numerous other small projects as well. Every time, they are prompt, professional, and courteous. Can't recommend them enough. They're awesome!

Nick was on time and very professional. I was at work and my wife was the one that was home to let him in. He didn't make her uncomfortable at anytime. He even fixed a few other little things and answered all her questions. He even went out his way to fix the handle with a separate toilet. He was curteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I will call and ask for Nick anytime for plumbing related issues. Thanks Nick you impressed my wife so that is always a bonus in my book!

So glad we found this great company! When you are getting a whole new HVAC system there is so much to learn and filter through. Mont & Nick have been taking care of the plumbing in my home for several years. They are friendly professional and always take the time to answer my questions. Always on time or I have a call from Melissa to keep me updated. So easy to work with. Because of this I called them to do work for the HOA I manage. They replaced our swamp cooler, water heater and several toilets along with repairing/replacing faucets since all were very old & out of compliance.
Their customer service is the BEST! Call J&M-You will be glad you did! When you call in, you will speak to Melissa, who will show you the start of their great customer service and their concern for your needs.

My water heater dropped working on a Saturday morning. I called J&M Plumbing and they were out to my house in 45min. Very nice and helpful, explained everything that needed to be done and they cost up front. Had work completed in about 1 hour, Nick and Mont were great. I will definitely call them again!

I called these guys because my furnace wouldn't work right. They were fast and the repair was done the same day and reasonably priced. I liked that they gave me a time frame of when they would be there as I had to meet them on my lunch from work. Nick the technician was really nice and explained what needed to be repaired and the cost with me. I will call them again if I need any Plumbing or HVAC work done.

I placed a call in the afternoon right after our swamp cooler's motor went out. Luck had it that they were finishing up a job around the corner and they came to check it out about 20 minutes after I called. It was indeed the motor, and they were able to replace it in under an hour. They tightened up a few loose valves and got it all cleaned up for us. Pricing was fair and service was easy, friendly, and professional. Can't recommend enough! Thanks guys!

Update 11/25/20: Contacted J&M Plumbing about a slow leak downstairs and they responded and came to fix it within 12 hours. Unparalleled customer service.

Monte and his son are the only plumbers I trust and have do work for me. They came and changed my pressure valve in less than an hour and a half and I was so grateful to have the pressure back to when my house was new. Also they have done my water heater, furnace and AC. Fast, fine work from great people!
