My husband, Jesse, worked here since spring 2021 and he was really excited. He thought Jeff, the manager, was kind. So he was optimistic that this job would be worthy of time and the distance from our home. Very quickly it became obvious they’re a very Mormon family that employs their own family. So for someone that is “family” oriented sure doesn’t exemplify that in their own family company. I have a bachelors and masters in Business management, it’s a passion of mine, and when I would see Jeff’s texts or responses to Jesse I couldn’t believe that was okay. The lack of empathy, compassion and care in this company is so incredibly sad. It’s funny because I was born and raised here and happen to know people who know this family and have helped me realize I am in fact right about their character. Dayson is their son who basically runs the shop and he’s def got a big head. He has never looked me in the eye or smiled or said hi. I’ve heard how he talks to employees and wow. What a gentlemen lol Hayden was probably the sweetest employee they have ever had but he left for his mission. I’m just in awe at all that has been said and done in the last few months. I could tell Jesse was so unhappy and he was shutting down a lot because of how he was treated so I made sure he found a new job asap. Sucks you guys are the way you are and you “follow Jesus”. As non Mormons that love Jesus we are praying that you choose to take care of your employees. With empathy, compassion and invest in them because that’s how you keep people. Your turn over is pretty high so love people right where they are. Show Jesus’ love and be an example.
I was totally impressed how much effort they put into making my order right. They went above and beyond to make sure their product was of the highest standard! Thank you!
