Got a bid to separate the single zone system on my boiler to a four zone system. Anthony at all utah told us there was no problem bid 5200. Four hours after he started with our utilities room half flooded and the boiler opened up he demanded 2000 more to finish the job. He worked all day then we heard this terrible noise and he told us our pump was bad and demanded another 1300. Three weeks later I have three zones but one is controlled by a thermostat not even in the same room as the radiator it controls, my house is still basically a single zone system and I’m out 6200. Whatever you do I recommend you not let these people anywhere near your house!!!

Guys I appreciate the friendliness and responsiveness but you were seriously going to charge me over $300 for replacing a sprinkler valve diaphragm and spring, which I knew prior to you guys coming costs no more than $5 at Home Depot? I ended up fixing my issues myself.. which was not even related to the issued diagnosed and you would charge me even more if replacing the diaphragm didn't fix it.. like come on. Thank god I did my research.

Great communication via text on status of technician. Coy was very nice social, knowledgeable, and prompt. He gave all details of cost up front and what services he could provide. He fixed the AC and completed a full diagnostics. Everything is working great.

Hopefully our experience will stop anyone else from hiring and trusting All Utah Plumbing Heating and Air. When your looking for an honest reputable company don’t think
because it says Gephardt Approved means anything.
We had them come out to fix a small dry spot on the corner of our yard. We obviously
needed sprinklers that spray above the
foliage.
For a $39.00 service fee two men were sent out and promptly told my husband they needed to leave to get 3 sprinkler heads.
Apparently it takes 2 men to drive, and carry 3 small heads back to our home costing us an additional hour for a 1 man job yet paying for 2 men while the other could have cked our seven yr old heater and air cond. which would be $89.00, about the same amount to fix the sprinklers they told him.
Again it took 2 men to ck the heater and air, approx 20-25 minutes (which was in good working order). Screw the 3 heads
on and said the rest of the system looked
great, afjusting two heads. For a total of 11/2 hrs later spent at my home and billed almost $800.00!
They also took our sprinkler heads that weren’t theirs! I guess to use on another job?
When we realized how scammed and
robbed we had just been we were
sick!
I immediately called John the owner. He was angry that I was questioning him. I told him this bill was outrageous! There’s no way that 11/2 hrs. of work at my home was worth $800.00. He said he sent 2 men out he has to pay for both of them. It didn’t take 2 men to pick up sprinklers. He kept saying your husband signed for the work and you did too! I said I didn’t sign anything I wasn’t even home! He insisted I did and wouldnt back down on that! So much for their logo of honest, reliable fast and friendly service and Gephardt Approved!!!! They have no integrity, reliability and fast are you kidding me? It took 2 men 1 hour to pick up 3 sprinkler heads? I paid for a man to relax as a passenger for a one man job? Yet charged for him! Friendly, there is nothing friendly about John.
My husband then called John. He was over the top rude and yelling at him. John said I have to pay for my guys insurance and advertising! I have to keep up with my competitors.
My husband said it doesn’t cost $200.00 a piece to screw on 3 sprinkler heads. John said I don’t know what you do for a living. My husband said I don’t make $800.00 in an hour and a half! John said he will contact his attorney.
One week later my lawn is dying! I contact another sprinkler service. The 3 heads are all wrong they installed. They are shooting straight into the foliage still, exact same problem I had before.
He then installs heads that will shoot over and cover everything. He sees that they have turned my stations down to 25 min only 3 times a week. He changed it back to 4 times a week as we always had it. He said we now have to play catch up because your lawns so bad. He puts it back to 45 min a station all because of what All Utah Plumbing Heating and Air did wrong. After 21/2 hours of labor and 18 heads installed this one man job was a total of $411.00.
This has been a nightmare all because All Utah Plumbing Heating and Air have no integrity. Since this experience I have read many reviews that say the same things I’ve written. Too bad I didn’t read them first. As for those reviews that say how great they are, they must have money to burn or they are fake reviews. I’ve noticed a consistency in the owners responses to anyone who leaves a bad review. He’s either never heard of that customer, or says why did you
take so long to write, this isn’t an
honest review, or I’ve never been ask for a breakdown(every customer wants a breakdown we also didn’t get one), or you should have called us back we would have fixed it. Nobody’s going to let you screw them one more time and have you back on their property John.
This has been a hard one to take. Were not used to being taken advantage of!
If I could leave a review without marking a star that’s what I would have done. They deserve zero stars.

When I called to set up an appointment I was able to explain what was happening with my shower without being interrupted! The service was fast and the price reasonable. Your plumbers were very knowledgeable and friendly!

Had help with putting plumbing into my home. They were friendly, courteous, and so willing to listen and explain what they were doing. I really appreciate when someone will take the time to explain what is needed and why. Thank you so much for your help! I will be calling you guys for any plumbing or HVAC needs I might have in the future.

I had All Utah Plumbing Heating and Air come out to replace an old broken cooktop. I bought what I wanted and they made it fit. They took care of the granite grinding, gas issues (the new stovetop required a lot more BTUs than the previous one) and even cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional, polite, clear about the process, and candid about the risk of damage when grinding granite (it turned out great). I've worked with the company for furnace maintenance before and had a similar experience. I haven't yet found a reason to go with another plumbing company.

Heat went out in the middle of the night. Not only did they promptly pick up but they were also willing to come out in the middle of the night. I ended up booking for the next day. They arrived early, were clean, kind, honest, and were upfront about pricing. Very happy. If I ever have any heating issues in the future I will call them again. Very pleased with their services.
