These guys are great they are polite and helpful. They might not be the cheapest but they have great integrity and the job gets done and it is done well. Rob is my favorite tech he is personable as well as knowledgeable and he loved my dogs. All Utah Plumbing is great I would recommend them to anyone. I had more work done by them and everything they have done has been perfect. I would recommend all Utah to anyone.

We just had Rob come out from All Utah Plumbing to help with a sprinkler issue. Rob was very quick, very professional, and very personable. He took care of the issue very quickly and the price was great. I'd recommend Rob to anyone. I appreciate the wonderful service in such a timely manner.

Needed sprinkler heads replaced, wanted to talk to a person not a machine. Phone answered professionally and appointment booked for next day. Anthony and Josh were on time and professional. Helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Completed the job in a timely manner and answered all my questions. I will certainly recommend.

I called All Utah Plumbing and Heating when I needed two bidets installed on my toilets. My nephew and my grandson had both tried to install them and ended up creating several small disasters. John and Coy were very professional and kind In doing their job with water leaking and missing parts. I have used this company in the past and I will be using them again!

800$ in labor for a 100$ part, and tech had no idea what he was doing. They are triple the cost of their competitors. Details below:

I wanted someone on a Saturday and what I got seemed up front to be amazing service. The Tech talked like he knew what was going on they were on time and even had a quick application to see if I could qualify to pay them 1.3k for the work my furnace "needed". I got denied for the money and it was the best gift I could have ever received.

The Tech told me I needed a new circuit board as it was not receiving any feedback from a connection causing the machine to not run. To break down their bill:

60$ diagnostic (Good price)
275$ (weekend only) for them to go to the warehouse and see if they had the part. Non refundable if they didn't (huge red flag that it even costed that much but I was cold and wanted it fixed)
985$ parts and labor

I found the part on google for 100$ but couldn't get one before Tuesday and Lennox was closed to public on the weekend. I called another servicer in my area who was astounded at the cost. Another 75$ confirmed that the Tech didn't know what he was doing at all and told me how to service the pressure valve myself it was stuck closed and I may be able to get a few years out of it still without the part even being bad. Needless to say this is the worst service I have ever received from any company for anything. They are triple!!!! the cost of competitors who know so much more.

All Utah Plumbing, Heating & Air is hands down the best all in one service in Utah. They are able to look over all your needs in one day and quote out a fair price. John and Brian know their stuff and will be honest and not try to sell you services you do not need like some other companies. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my home repair needs.

We called them before 6:00 a.m. they answered and scheduled an appointment. They were courteous helpful patient with our dogs and did quick work. We have used them before and have always been happy with their service.

John & Coy were very nice to work with and went above and beyond to install a dryer vent and in our home. They came out to give an estimate, but were able to make the repair the same day. They even spray painted the fixture to match the house color. I highly recommend All Utah Plumbing, Heating, and Air.

When I called about repair to my Nest thermostat I asked if the $59 dispatch fee is waived if you have repairs done. I was told "that is up to the technician" I figured I had a good chance since I was a repeat customer. (The month prior I paid them almost $600 to replace a valve in my basement related to my sprinkler system) When I noticed on my invoice that I was charged the dispatch fee, I called to ask what was the criteria the technician used to determine that I should be charged that fee. The technician called me back regarding my question on the dispatch fee. He left a message stating "sometimes it is waived" but in the same message stated "typically we do not waive the $59 at all, most generally" So my question was never answered as to the criteria used, or why it was not waived for me, a single mom, but might be for someone else. In two months I used their company twice, and paid over $800.

We started with a downstairs remodel from half bath to 3/4 bathroom. We ended up re-piping the whole house, finishing the gas line to the stove upstairs so we could convert from electric and putting in a new sink once we saw what this company could offer. The estimates were fair and accurate, the guys worked their tails off and the quality of the work was exceptional. They were so patient at explaining options available to us and helping us understand the nature of our choices. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Extremely professional and considerate. The owner was a very active part of the project offering advice and guidance where needed. Jeremy coordinated the project and kept things going on a daily basis. He provided the follow up which is inevitably necessary on a project of this magnitude and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction even after the final payment had been made. Would recommend this company and especially this crew for any job large or small. Don't know how you could ask for anything more.
