DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. The owner is the person that came to my house. He told me that he had more parts than most heating guys and should have what I need. He did not have the part and provided to no effort to fix my problem on a very cold day. He charged me the service fee and then left. He didn't even look at my furnace, only the part. I called another man who was very kind and fixed the problem for $100 less than what this guy had quoted. Now I am warm no thanks to All Utah Plumbing, Heating, and Air.

Update: I explained in the beginning that all I needed was the part and I knew how to install it. You did tell me there would be a dispatch fee. You did not provide me with the part that I wanted. I would have been happy to pay the dispatch fee had you provided with me with the part on a Saturday that I could not get it anywhere else. It was a very cold day! I was left in the cold.

A few days ago on a Saturday we had a main water line leak that flooded one of the rooms in our basement. We called All Utah Plumbing, Heating and Air and they came out within an hour to assess the leak. Due to the location of the leak it was determined that it was going to be a complex project to get it fixed. Within a couple of days they were hard at work addressing the problem. John and Coy are both highly skilled in their profession and very honest. The final product was amazing! Our water works again and our landscaping looks great. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. We also plan on using them for any future home issues. Thank you John and Coy!

Out of four companies called for sewer scope with video recording they were the lowest bid. Come to find out a good number of other companies offer sewer scoping as a complimentary service. Over the phone they were easy to work with and able to set up an appointment that was extremely convenient for our timeline needs and schedule.

Over the phone they were able to estimate, not quote, a price of $149.99. They explained that if they ran into any issues or clogs that required removal of the camera and clearing of such clog then re inserting the camera then adittional charges would be added. This made sense and sounded reasonable, I did ask though if the hypothetical tampon and babywipe clog clame up once how much that would raise the price. They could not give an estimate, not even a guess and responded with "I don't know". Needing to have this service done in order to sell our home I agreed in hopes that no clog would be found.

The men arrived at the appointed time, my wife was home and I at work as was planned. They explained to my wife that the access they needed in the crawl space was too difficult and the cost to video scope the sewer line would be just under $300. Company B accessed through the roof vent, Company H said they would access through the toilet, and company E planned to use the crawl space, and company J suggested going through the backyard. Anyways, my wife called me and told me about the new price to wich I suggested useing E and letting All Utah Plumbing know they were no longer needed. My wife then relayed to them that their services were no longer needed and they nealry immediately agreed to the original estimate of $149.99.

They did scope the sewer line. The quality of video was clear as my wife watched it happen, and she can confirm it was of good quality. Final cost was $149.

However, upon removal of the video scope there was a bit of a mess. You would hope or think such a company or service would have some sort of brush or towel to wipe the scope as it is drawn out of the sewer. Instead we had sewer fluid splashed and flipped al over our laundry room and kitchen, it is a small home. Not once did they offer to wipe it up, ask for towels, give even a half hearted appology or even acknowledge that they had unleashed the sewer fluid into our home.

Once the inspection was completed and a brief discussion of what was seen they suggested replacement of the main sewer line. From what my wife tells me it was essentially them reading the invoice estimate back to her. Very little detail was given on what would be needed or the extent of the work to be done as far as excavation, digging up the road, removing a 14in tree and going through a fence. The notes available on the invoice are "full replacement with 4in sewer pipe from 1foot out home to main, [illegible] will have to be replaced also. $14,598.00".

They suggested that the video would be sent to us via E-mail. E-mail communication was established and they explained that the file was too large to attach and send as a regular file. We asked if they could zip/compress the file then send it again. After five days with no response we asked again and they said it was sent, but we have not gotten it. After another e-mail they suggested it went through fine on their end but the problem must be on our end. We are going to be calling back tomorrow during business hour to hopefully find out a physical location so we can go in person to get a copy of the file we paid to have in the first place.

So, in short, they immediately tried to upsell, were messy, and DID NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT PAID FOR. We ended up haveing Company B come out and they did a complimentary scope and are scheduled to do a $6200 repair in two weeks.

Had a situation in my plumbing. The guys showed up on time, were very friendly and kind. Worked hard to find what was causing my issue and didn't leave till my sink was unclogged. I can't say thank you enough. These 2 went above and beyond to try and fix my issue, way beyond and they weren't leaving till they tried everything. Amazing amazing amazing. I won't go anywhere else. My sink is working!!!! Never been more excited to clean my kitchen, thanks fellas!

They were extremely professional and did a great job. I didn't expect them to be so fast to come out and get the job done, but there were. Also they were super helpful and kind, walking me through several options with my unfinished basement. They even pointed out some things in my basement they noticed that weren't tightened up from previous work (some my own) and some things they would recommend. Over all, a delight to work with!

John Holland and his team at Utah Plumbing, Heating & Air did great work updating our bathrooms. He asked a fair price and did a fantastic job. We were most impressed with his professionalism and the speed at which he completed the projects. We also enjoyed the fact that John’s a genuinely funny guy with a great sense humor. We highly recommend him and all the hard working professionals All Utah Plumbing, Heating and Air.

I needed my sprinkler system adjusted and 3 heads replaced. The 1st repairman and his apprentice did a good job, but I could tell they still were learning, very friendly. They needed a "key" to adjust
the heads and had to call their boss to assist them. He was very knowledgeable and rechecked the things they had done.
With time these guys should be great repairmen.

All Utah Plumbing is the by far the most professional service I have ever had. I had two major home repair problems, HVAC and damage created by water mainline corrosion. The All Utah Plumbing team came quickly, assessed the problems accurately and finished repairs in two days. They sent enough professionals to work quickly and safely. Best of all, my home and yard looked better after the work was finished than before they started! Thank you All Utah Plumbing. I think I should have you over for Thanksgiving.

Response- it was not mentioned, not even once that the gas line was not up to code or needing replaced. Nor does it state that on the invoice I received from your company. Must have just been an over site leaving off the invoice what was actually costing the most? Sure. Nice try trying to justify ripping people off.

Just because someone didn’t charge me outrageous prices doesn’t mean they weren’t licensed. There are honest people out there not looking to take advantage of people. Who are also licensed with DOPL.

Initial review-
This was the first company to pop up on google when searching for water heater repair. I called them on Saturday. My water heater pilot light would not light back up after I had drained the tank and filled it back up.
We set up an appt for Monday 8-9 am. They called Monday at 8:59 saying they were leaving dispatch. John and Brian arrived to my house at 9:31. I explained to him the issue I was having and let him know I shut the gas off to the water heater 2 days ago because I was worried about the pilot light not being lit with the gas on.
After looking at the water heater for about 5 minutes, John determined I needed a new gas control valve and pressure release valve. He then gave me a quote of $987.00 to repair(on top of the $39.99 visit). Then went on about with it being at that price point I’m better off buying a new water heater.
I let him know I’ve only had my water heater for about 5 years and would prefer fix it. I couldn’t justify paying that amount to repair when I could buy a new water heater from Lowe’s cheaper. He then said whoever I have repair it needs to check for a gas leak, because he could smell gas. That was a nice touch after I had mentioned in the beginning I was worried about gas so I shut it off 2 days prior.
They left my house at 9:42. So they were at my house a total of 11 minutes. According to my cameras time stamp. They didn't disassemble the water heater or anything. Just a visual guess on the repair needed.
I decided to call the manufacturer and sure enough it was still under warranty. When I told the representative the quote I received he was shocked. And mentioned the replacement parts were relatively lost cost parts and pretty simple to replace. He couldn’t imagine why I would be charged so much. Out of curiosity I searched the parts online to see the cost. The gas control valve was $85.00-$112 depending on the store and pressure release valve $11-$15.
The free replacement parts were sent to me at no cost. A lot cheaper than $897! Luckily, I do have someone who could install the parts...in about an hour. Start to finish. Oh and adding a thermocouple to the needed parts. Although I wanted to not have to go to him since he has his own home to work on and always helps me with mine.
John mentions in his bio he is a husband and father and knows how important your home is to your family. I’m sure he would think it’s fair to have someone go into his wife or daughters home and charge them 1000% of the parts cost for labor. An hour of labor at that. It’s already very frustrating to need to repair something on your home. Then to see companies out there just down right taking advantage of people is infuriating. I had no problem paying someone to do the repairs and to give my family member a break for once. Instances like this are a true eye opener on just how naive they think a woman will be and reminder why I stick to family for needed repairs.

John and his employees were very kind, explained everything to us in great detail and told us why things needed to be done a certain way. We really appreciated their help and advice. While they may not be the cheapest, if you want pace of mind about the work that is being done, this is a great company. John went out of his way to help us get things done properly, and help us get the best deal on what we needed.
