911 Plumbing has been a lifesaver for us after relocating to UT one year ago. 911 Plumbing are highly dedicated workers who will work into the late into the evening on a weekend to complete the job. They are very descriptive with their maintenance activities and we even hired them to correct problems caused by another plumbing company.

BJ and his guys were over and did a 👍great job I would recommend them highly, they did a very professional job and worked with me.

I called BJ with a heating issue, he dropped by on the way to another job to check it out. He was AMAZING and very kind. I will definately being using him in the future if the need be.

Got home from vacation, turned the water back on and our water heater started leaking. I Immediately looked up plumbing help and 911 plumbing was one that was highly recommended. Called 911 plumbing and BJ was able to come out immediately. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. I was expecting it to cost a fortune, but was shocked when the price was a quarter of what I was expecting. Thanks BJ. To anyone with any heating or plumbing needs, I highly recommend 911 plumbing. 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Prompt, courteous and came out on a Sunday when we had an emergency fix needed in our new home. Would use them again for all future plumbing needs!

BJ installed a new A/C system for us recently and we are very happy with the quality of the service provided. Before the installation, BJ came out to craft a proposal, which was thoughtful and fair - I sensed that there was no desire to add unnecessary work/expenses from his end. Despite unexpected difficulties on the day of installation, he and the rest of the crew were able to make it happen in a timely manner. BJ even went out to purchase the thermostat of my choice on my behalf after I forgot to do so.

I will definitely call BJ and his family for any future plumbing work we need done!

I called to see about getting my ac repaired. It stopped blowing cold air and the house was getting hot fast. I called and they offered to come out in 15 minutes, SAME DAY. Everyone else was booked out for days. They came out quickly, found the problem immediately and fixed it all in the same day! But most importantly they were extremely friendly and very honest. No high pressure tactics and very fair prices. I will not be going to any other company after finding 911!

We had A/C installed by BJ and it was a great experience! We had been quoted by another company that our it would be 9-25k to have central air installed in our home. BJ's price was so much more reasonable. He came and installed it the next day and had it up and running. It wasn't hot when we had it installed so when we first started using it, the house seemed pretty warm. We called BJ and he came to the house and explained in layman's terms how to improve the air circulation and how to get it colder. Within an hour the house was cooler and is been great ever since. We would highly recommend 911! We will be using them for all our plumbing needs.

He was great. I was in a pinch with my dishwasher and needed some help ASAP. He was able to come right out and was knowledgeable and a great guy. Willing to take the extra time to teach me as a newer home owner too which was very much appreciated.

Will definitely be using him again when the need arises.

I had a furnace issue where it was blowing out cold air, I contacted BJ at 911 Plumbing, first I loved the fact that he was the only company that didn't charge a service fee to come and check out what's going on. Him and his partner arrived, had great communication with me. We found out it was the nest that we had replaced the thermostat with, it wasn't wired properly and therefore needed to be charged in order for it to communicate with the furnace, he took the time to explain how these nests work and re-wired it for us at no cost. I appreciate the high level of customer service this company holds, I have already recommended them today to a friend having furnace problems this morning. I know I will contact them next time I need their services, and they didn't mind my yapping chihuahuas :) Thank you!!
