I was referred to 911 plumbing, heating & cooling from a family member after they had a positive experience so when I had an issue with my AC I called them. I am so glad I did.

They tried everything to fix my AC but I needed a new one. BJ explained everything to me and helped us understand what happened, our options and the cost up front. He was honest and that was the most important thing to me. We got the new AC and they came back to do the install. They were thorough and again explained everything.

I also asked them if they fixed sprinkler lines and they do and they fixed it on the first day they were at my house. They did a phenomenal job. You can't even tell where they dug up the grass. They adjusted the sprinklers and they work better than ever.

There is NO other company that will ever come to my house to do any plumbing, heating or AC besides 911.

I have told everyone about the incredible experience we had and I am so thankful someone told us about them.

When making a choice of who to call definitely choose 911 plumbing heating & AC, you will be happy you did.

BJ was amazing! He came out to help with an AC that kept tripping last year. We did not have a problem while he was out but he gave us some possible scenarios and solutions. He refused to take any money for the service call which was awesome because we are retired and on a very tight budget! If we find out we are struggling again this summer we will definitely call 911 to put on a sub panel for the electrical circuit like he suggested! 911 was able to schedule us quickly and got the work done for a reasonable price. Their tech found another small issue that a different plumber had missed and they practically took care if it without charging us extra. They were clean, friendly, and professional. 100% would recommend.

Top notch, amazing service! My furnace went out on a Sunday, 911 service rep BJ (think that was their name) showed up within an hour and had everything fixed asap. Also spent the time to explain what was wrong, how the furnace worked and also shared good cleaning and preventative measures to extend the life of the furnace as well as keeping it as efficient as possible to save me money in the long run. Hard to find as good of service anywhere else! Thank you!
