BJ did a great job of assessing the plumbing failure I had in my house. Just by describing the situation he was able to replace the corroded kitchen santee with a new one, install an access panel, and rooter the kitchen drain in a matter of a few hours.

Our furnace stopped working after hours, so we called 911 Plumbing. BJ and Shane were here in less than an hour and had diagnosed and fixed the problem with the furnace in 30 minutes. They explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone that could use their services!

They were extremely helpful. They quickly and professionally replaced our old toilet that kept clogging even though it required moving the water pipe. We really appreciated their help putting up 2 grab bars and a towel rack. And they truly went above and beyond to help assemble a rolling table for my handicapped husband.

BJ came out the same day I called to help me with a leak that needed to be addressed immediately! I’m so glad I waited for him over the other guys. Pricing was very competitive a few hundred less than what I was quoted. However, I would gladly pay more than what I was quoted from the other company. His knowledge and willingness to troubleshoot and be completely open with me is beyond value. He got straight to the issue and wasn’t trying to sell me a new water heater and everything else including the kitchen sink. Thank you BJ and 911 Plumbing!!!

BJ and his team were so great to work with and they were able to get to my rental within an hour of calling them and fix the issue with my AC and water heater. He provided excellent customer service and was transparent with the issues and what it would take to repair. I felt comfortable how he explained everything and that he was honest with his pricing.
