I have never came across a business as good as this one. BJ and his entire crew went above and beyond anything I could have expected on the install of my new ac and furnace. All of the guys were very polite, professional, considerate, and just totally top notch. The pricing blew away everyone. I was quoted a price for a complete install of both units, thermostat, UV light, and 2 of my return air vents made bigger. Normally when the work is done there always seems to be additional charges added on. Not with this company what they quoted is what I paid. They have earned my business from here on out. This company deserves a 100 star rating. They are the best at what they do and truly seem to care and take pride in the work they do. Cleaned up every mess they made.

BJ was quick and professional especially because it was after business hours! Very personal and helpful! He talked us through the process of what happened and how it can be fixed in the future! BJ was definitely amazing and we will be using him again for all future plumbing plumbing issues or installations!

I highly recommend this company. 911 Plumbing came in and fixed our furnace after another company quoted us $2400. These guys charged us $400 to do the job. They are honest and trustworthy which is so hard to find. On top of that they did an excellent job. We have heat now. We can’t thank you enough!! 🙏🏻♥️♥️

My father and I have used BJ and his company for multiple repairs and will continue to do so. We recently had what we thought was our main water line burst and another plumber quoted us $4500 and wanted 35% up front. BJ and his crew were able to determine the actual problem and save me more than $3,000. While BJ and his crew were finishing up Gene went upstairs and fixed a faucet and a toilet that had been causing us some issues as an extra courtesy. I can't stress enough how much I enjoy working with this company and trust them completely. They're my first choice for any plumbing repair.

B.J. came by and helped fix my furnace quickly. He was really friendly too! When I mentioned I wanted to learn as he worked, he was open to teaching me how to work on my furnace. Overall a great experience and I'd definitely call hime again with any future problems.

I HIGHLY recommend this company! I had 5 quotes done on a new ac unit for our home. I had an instillation scheduled with another company that I felt pretty pressured into and didn’t feel right about. I had a few people recommended 911 plumbing and one person told me not to do anything until I talked to BJ(911 owner). I am so glad I listened! He came out and gave us what felt like the first HONEST estimate. He checked our supply air(which no other company had) and turns out we had very little supply air so even if we upgraded our AC, it wouldn’t mean much if the amount of air being supplied was so little. While he was there checking out our ac he noticed our water heater was broken and leaking. We were gutted! Another thing that needed to be fixed. Well he finished his estimate for our ac, new supple air ducts, and water heater. If all done at the same time was still more affordable than the other 5 quotes I got(and for the same brand ac unit). I couldn’t believe it! It was such a blessing. Not to mention that while he was giving us our estimate I mentioned that our washers cold setting never worked and seemed to only have hot water coming from both hoses. He fixed that for free in minutes. That had been driving us nuts for almost a decade! Well we immediately new we would be going with 911 plumbing and they called and took care of getting the new water heater under our warranty and hauled it back to Home Depot and picked up the new one. They crew was so kind and I was very comfortable having them in my home all day. The work was so great and clean. All the pipes and cords are all clean and look very nice. We are so impressed. We will ONLY be using 911 plumbing from here on out. And I will say it again, they were such a blessing for us! We had so much work that needed to be done and they took care of it all! We are so grateful!

Our heater/Ac combo went out. 911 Plumbing and Heating came out and looked at our unit. The unit needed to be fixed because there was a crack in the casing where the gases are stored. They quoted us am amount which was fair. They where efficient with putting it in. I live in a module home so they ran into some small issues, but quickly solved them. The amount we paid was the exact amount of the quote despite the little extras they had to do to get it all fitted, and working. I would highly recommend them to anyone. You pay what they quoted. Which is a blessing when you have a tight income.

Several years ago we purchased a water softener from a hardware store. Just recently it quit working. BJ is our neighbor and he had helped us before on several occasions so we asked if he could get us a new one and install it. He said it was no problem and got it done within a few days. The softener is much better quality than our old one and BJ's team had it all installed in just a few hours. These guys do good work and they are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

We came home from vacation and could not get our main water valve to turn back on. BJ showed up within 20 minutes on a Sunday to help get our water going. It says a lot about a company that is willing to fit you in on such short notice. He was friendly, professional & informative. His help was much appreciated. I will definitely call him again for any future issues, along with recommend his company to all I know.
