BJ was amazing! He was professional, fast and the very most important thing he was honest. Our heater went out and he worked very late and helped get the heat back on in our house. Which is very important when it's 20 degrees outside. He went above and beyond I will definitely be referring him to my friends, family and clients. I was told several times I needed to buy a new heater and have one put in for thousands of dollars and he helped fix the problem for a very affordable price. He explained everything to help me understand the things I didn't know and gave me great advice.

I had 911 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning come out to my home to repair my air conditioner. I also had them do some repairs on my furnace. They were awesome each time they came out. So when my Mother's AC went out on Father's Day weekend, they were the first company I thought about calling. Once again they were awesome. They contacted my Mother and set up an after hours appointment to diagnose her AC and they were able to get her up and running that evening. I will definitely continue to use and refer people to 911 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Their customer service and quick response time is great!

BJ and his team did a great job on my Central Air. My Ac had stopped cooling and I called the big name guys that had originally installed it. They sprung into “action” and told me the entire system was needing to be replaced and I was unfortunately out of warranty by a year. So I would need to spend 8000 to fix it. It didn’t sound right to me. I looked up who the closest service company in my area was. That was 911. They came by about 3 hours later, spent 15 mins diagnosing and had the system fixed in about 30 minutes for around 300 bucks. Some difference.

I had BJ and his team do some additional work for us and it was excellent and BJ made sure to explain the repairs.

I've been worried all week about having the time to get my air conditioning fixed and that it might be more difficult to get someone to come out on a Saturday and how much they would charge.

911 Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning came in the same morning that I called and had it fixed in 30 minutes at a reasonable price. They are a small business and the owner/technician was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. Since they do plumbing and heating too, I know who I'll call first if things go wrong again and I'd recommend them to friends too.

BJ is an honest and good guy who is willing to help any time of the day/night or week. He is awesome at explaining things as he fixes stuff. He's saved my bacon 2 times now in a new to us home. Super responsive with great prices.

BJ was super AMAZING!!! My ac broke in 105 degree heat. I called 911 Plumbing, Heating & Air Condition BJ came out the same day. He tried to get it going, unfortunately it died. 911 Plumbing HVAC has worked on a few things for us, specifically a hot water heater and AC repair. We know that they are honest fast and competitive with their prices. I had an emergency with my shower faucet that it was leaking for over a week. Mr BJ Burgner answer my call and schedule a consultation right away. He showed up within an hour and gave me his diagnosis of the problem. We schedule to fix the problem the next day. He fixed the problem and saved me tons of money from my water bill and my gas bill from the water heater which it was running for over a week. I really appreciate it very much. I would definitely recommend 911 plumbing definitely.

BJ and his crew just replaced our HVAC system. He was amazing to work with and I would hands down use him again. He was the only one of the 5 contractors giving estimates who offered to leave space heaters, even before knowing he would win the bid. Great experience all around!
