When your A/C dies in the dead of summer with temperatures above 100 degrees, you need a trustworthy company that you can count on immediately. Nate at Climate Control was willing to diagnose the problem the same day and then install some window units in our home so that it was bearable for our family until the new unit arrived. Anthony did a great job with the install and even took care of us on a holiday. I don’t know of a better company willing to go the extra mile by ensuring the customer was well educated with their purchase and well taken care of so efficiently and quickly. These are the best HVAC guys in the county. I highly recommend them.

He took extra time to explain how our new system was designed to work, and helped getting the app loaded onto my cell phone. When your a/c goes out in the middle of a St G summer, it’s bad news. This company went above and beyond to get the work done in a quick and efficient manner—i was a rounded at how quickly they were able to get two a/c units and a furnace here and installed! On top of that, they were so kind, going the extra mile and also giving extra help in ways they didn’t have to. Professional, timely, trustworthy, and excellent customer service. We needed to add heat and air conditioning to our basement. A single room system seemed to meet our needs. Just finished getting this installed and it is great. We can actually use the space now. The installation process was great, very friendly and professional guys. I'll sleep well tonight for the first time since our unit broke. After receiving numerous bids and speaking with numerous hvac companies representatives we decided to use climate control. It was a big investment for us to replace an existing unit and Nate from climate control was the most knowledgeable representative we talked with. He went through every step in numerous ways to ensure we understood what the differences were in the units and provided great options to consider.

He came to my house and handled the situation very professional and stayed on site to make sure everything was ok and if I had any questions. After the unit was installed he upgraded my thermostate free of charge.
