Climate Control run a professional, quality, and most importantly to Connie and I, a CARING business. They were referred to us by a friend. Less than two hours after the referral, Nate came to our home. Immediately, he checked our AC unit and determined that the the fan motor was wired in reverse and the condenser was trashed. What!!!

They saved our bacon, during one of the hottest heat episodes on record, in our area. Nate loaned us a window Cooler that we installed in our master bedroom. Then shortly after that, two awesome installers, worked most of the day, installing a Train condenser and a coil unit in the attic of the garage. I kept pumping Gatorade and cold water down them as they worked.

This is the first time in three years, since we moved here, that our home is cooled properly. It's awesome. The entire crew were extremely, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The price is more than fair and they deserve our gratitude and highest recommendation.

We contacted this company four times over one week. We set an appointment but the company did not show and did not call. After we called to reschedule this company didn’t show up a second time and never contacted us back regarding the no-shows. It’s hard to understand how anyone could rate this company greater than one star with such poor customer service.

Nate and Todd were exceptional!! They replaced my furnace/air conditioning system. They even came back a few weeks later and cleaned out the ductwork for me free of charge.
I think that the greatest thing about working with these guys was their honesty. They told me about what I needed, and did not try to oversell me. They did whatever they could to save me money.
Our heating/AC system is now working great with absolutely no problems.

I don’t write many reviews but wanted to post a thorough review for this exceptional company and every team member I worked with. It’s a bit long because I’m adding all the details that make Climate Control a five-star company.

My 23 year-old roof top unit went out during the August heat wave. I did my due diligence and selected multiple local companies to bid the job, letting each know that I was shopping around and would choose based on a competitively priced, quality unit. The more I learned about the units, the more I realized the importance of getting the right sized unit AND a quality installation built for energy efficiency. The selection process took more than a week of multiple conversations with each salesman to identify which specific unit and company stood out among the rest.

The owner of Climate Control, Nate Muno, and his team (shout out to Paul, Sergio and Scott) went above and beyond all my expectations in every step of the process. As the company owner, he took a personal vested interest in every condition I listed, even returning multiple times to verify the correct air flow for the unit to function properly with my preference to use high rated MERV air filters. He wanted to ensure that every component would be perfectly matched for my usage — from the duct work, to the number of air return vents, to the AC unit SEER rating, to the energy efficient installation methods, and even the thermostat capabilities.

It blew me away how much he offered in quality goods and installation for the bid price. No other company came close to this level of commitment and customer satisfaction.

I was further impressed with the expert installation by Sergio, the team member assigned to the job. He was prompt, professional, well-trained and absolutely committed to getting everything perfect. I watched Sergio and the team install the roof top curbing, make it perfectly level on all sides, and add additional insulation before mounting the unit. These extra details mean the unit will run even more energy efficiently during those super hot days. Sergio spent hours on a hot roof making everything perfect. It was a little scary to watch them up there setting it in place, but they said it’s what they do. And they do it well. They did an amazing job.

Based on my experience with them for a new HVAC unit and installation, I would look to Climate Control first for any other service they offer. I highly recommend them as a competent, competitively priced, professional and friendly company. They are truly dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Oh my goodness!!!! Where to start?!? My rental property AC went down and I needed to get it fixed ASAP because there was a toddler in the home during very high temperatures. When I called Nate at Climate Control, he listened to my concerns and worked hard to help me out. Because this is the season in St. George where lots of ACs break down, the HVAC companies are swamped and several days/weeks out to come and repair. The reason I HIGHLY recommend Climate Control is because Nate, Paul and Sergio all went above and beyond to help ease and then repair my situation. They lent me two portable AC units so that my rental family could be comfortable in their home. On the day they came to repair the AC, they spent good time assessing the unit and making sure it was properly repaired. The price was VERY reasonable for the repair. The men were gentlemen and easy to relate to.
Once again, if you need help with your HVAC, I 100% recommend Climate Control in St. George.

When my air conditioner gave up after almost 20 years of service, I had no idea who to call. So I started reading reviews for several businesses in St George. The reviews for Climate Control gave me the information I needed to select an HVAC business that I could trust to do the work for my home.
I contacted Climate Control. They gave me a bid that I felt really good about. I approved the bid and they went right to work. Nate, Todd and the rest of the crew were very respectful of our home and left the job site very clean.
Also, a special shout out to Todd. He installed a wireless thermostat as well. He spent some time educating us on how to operate our thermostat from our phone. He didn't rush us and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with this thermostat before he left.
Without reservation, I highly recommend Climate Control to anyone needing heating and air conditioning service or replacement.

My furnace and AC were both 23 years old and needed replacing. My neighbor, a retired HVAC installer, recommended Nate at Climate Control. Nate was so helpful in recommending good, better and best options for my situation. He took the time to compare the pros and cons for each option. I felt no pressure. He had given me a lot of good information and I wanted to think it over. The price was right, so I called him back and gave him my decision. A date was set for install and he said it might take two days for a furnace and AC, but they were both installed in one day! The installers were professional, experienced and helpful!
