Today we used this company to repair our air conditioning system and we couldn't more than impressed with John he is very knowledgeable!

Throughout my dealings with this company, everyone from the owner to the project manager to the technicians was a pleasure to work with: good communications, both professional and personable. The techs who installed my ductless heating/AC system, Alexander and Esau, were both amazing young men, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. They worked extremely well as a team and worked until my system installation was complete and they'd shown me how to use it. Everything was neat and clean when they left and they were even watchful that my dog didn't leave the back yard while they worked outside! While this system was costly, it was considerably less than the quote I got from a less professional and knowledgeable service. This is a great company.

On extremely short notice, Climate Control was able to completely replace the old, failed HVAC in my house in ONE DAY, so that we didn't have to delay the movers, or a number of other things that would have messed up our lives and cost an additional fortune. John didn't play the game like the other contractors I have spoken with about this system replacement, the price was exactly the same as the competition and he literally installed the same day as the movers.

No waiting, no excuses, installed within one day of my request, knew I was over a barrel on this move and he accommodated me without jacking up the price. This is what service means.
