Climate Control Air Conditioning

Nate and his crew do amazing work. They were quick, but very efficient and fair. We had them put in a new furnace as well as a new AC unit 6 months after the furnace. Awesome company to work with.

From the beginning of our first conversation straight through to the follow through after installation Nate, and his crew were professional, clear, knowledgeable and meticulous to the details of the job. After the initial quote, Nate continued to consider the details of the project and on his own volition, and expense and he upgraded my system to ensure I would be satisfied. I don’t know about you, but it has been a long time since since someone went above and beyound what they said they would do. Ethical! Personable! We bought our home during the busiest time of year for AC service and HVAC installation. Must have been, because Climate Control techs were no shows, no phone calls or texts until we reached out to them to find out what was going on. The owner was very nice and apologetic, but with 90+ weather and after the second no show, we decided to go with another company.
Edit: Added 3rd star as owner called to apologize and explain they were training a new employee who neglected to keep customers in the loop. I wish Nate the best. We chose his business because of its great reviews. I can only assume our experience was a fluke!

Gotta give these guys 5 stars...Brennen and Alexander tore out the old AC unit and replaced with a new Trane. Very knowledgeable, very courteous, very professional, beautiful unit running great, cleaned everything up, even had tarps over the carpet to prevent tracking in. Flushed the whole system, pressure checked the whole system...They say that the install is as important as the unit. We can highly recommend these guys! We are homeowners in St. George, UT.

Nate was GREAT! He was very knowledgeable and had great prices. He was so quick to work with us and wanted everything comfortable while we waited. The techs were very professional (even in the heat) and stayed late on a Friday night after a shipping problem to make things right. Thank you!

Nate and his team when above and beyond to repair out Air conditioner. Quick response considering it was a holiday (Memorial Day weekend). His Team is very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Service was great I recommended his company to all my neighbors and friends .

Great Service! Nate was friendly, knowledgeable and responded quickly to our sudden loss of AC on a weekend when we had 15 family members visiting. He let us use two portable AC units until he was able to get the needed part the next day. We definitely would recommend Climate Control!

Great company, they can do it all, literally. Very fair and competitive, but most importantly they are honest. I've known the owner Nate for years, and know him to have the highest of integrity. He will Always do the right thing by the customer. I've never met anyone that knows more about HVAC, Nate is passionate and wants to help the customer understand what they're paying for. Our home had several electrical issues and they spent the necessary time to solve the issue and fix our pre-existing problem and were very fair with the costs of our two new HVAC systems. I highly recommend this company!
