Adrian quickly arrived shortly after my request. He fixed the issue and also proactively check my other furnace and found and repaired a leak I had not seen. I was pleased with his work.

Desert Best sent 2 tech out, their response time was great, they did a thorough inspection of the system and they quickly found the problem and took care of it, they explained the problem well, and what they did to fix it , they are very professional.

Adrian came out to look at our upstairs HVAC system and he was very honest about the issues our system had. He made sure I understood what and why he did the needed work. I appreciate him taking the extra time to handle all the issues instead of just masking the problem. He was on time and very professional. We will continue to use him for our HVAC needs. Thank you!

With the colder temperatures outside and Thanksgiving seriously tomorrow, having no heat in the house can be a little unforgiving.
Adrian the manager of the service and warranty department saved the day and the holiday with his prompt arrival.
Adrian was able to fix the issue and even took the time to explain it to me.
Adrian was kind and patient in his effort to educate me, he answered all of my questions (I know nothing about heating).
I am so grateful for Adrian and his assistant for their help and guidance.

I texted a technician who had previously serviced our machine and within an hour, a team member named Sam was at my house to check out a “weird sound” I wanted to know about. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He found the issue in minutes and fixed everything and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Last summer Adam and his amazing team did an overall assessment of our HVAC heating and air and compressor, etc.
Our system is the original unit when we bought our home. It’s over 20 years old now. Running but having its issues. They were amazingly informative and supportive of our timing and goals. They helped us care for our old unit better!

This year we chose to replace the entire shabang! Adam and his team worked from morning til afternoon inside and out as they completely the replacements, hauled off the old units and installed all new equipment. These guys are good! So efficient! We are so happy with the looks and functionality of this new, top of the line unit!

Now our thermostat is an app on my phone! I can regulate the temperature and details from upstairs as we go to bed, in the morning when you want to cozy up your house before you get up, and even from your phone when you’re away from home. It’s handy and efficient. Our monthly bills have reduced as well!

I will recommend Deserts Best HVAC to everyone. Not only did they save us money with the caring for our existing unit, saved money when we purchased a new system, save money monthly, but we can trust that the services and opinions on maintenance and repairs will be top notch and HONEST! Hard to find with other competitors.
