Had a new heater and ac installed by the HVAC guys.
They were great! Professional, on time, clean, great experience.

If you need HVAC work definitely give them consideration.

I called the HVAC Guys on recommendation of a friend, and they had an appointment to come out the next day. The sales guy that came out was knowledgeable and professional and I felt like I was presented with very informative options. Already having had a few other companies come out to give us a quote on a new AC installation I had an idea of pricing so I knew I was getting a great deal. I honestly decided to go with them because they felt genuine and I felt comfortable with our interaction. He made sure our heater is ready to go for the winter after the install and I finally got a smart thermostat which is amazing!! I always forget to change the temperature before bedtime or when I leave for work and now I can check it anywhere!

I've used The HVAC Guys multiple times for repairs and general maintenance. They've always been responsive and complete jobs in a timely, accurate, and cost effective manner. I've never had to have them come back out to re-work on an already completed repair. I'm also always pleasantly surprised at how little they're charging me for the work they do!

Nico and Franco produced absolutely AMAZING service to my in-laws who are both in their eighties. There furnace is 24 years old. After completing a diagnostic review they provided my in-laws with the recommended repairs. As well as presenting them the cost of a completely new furnace which they will need at some point. Based on my in-laws decision they decided to replace the burner and the motor. Nico and Franco were kind and courteous and explained to them in detail everything that was done during the repair. My in-laws were very happy. .They both commented on how kind and courteous both Nico and Franco were. We will all definitely suggest these gentlemen confidently to any family or friends that need HVAC service in the future . Well done men!

I would highly recommend the HVAC Guys! Our AC went out and Franco came out that same day to check it out. After figuring out the problem, he left, got the part, and came back in the evening when his work day was already over to fix it for us. When we ran into problems again a few days later, Franco again worked overtime to fit us in and fixed the issues. Franco came to diagnose and repair an air conditioning issue we were experiencing. He told us what the problem was and replaced the non-functioning part. After the repair, the air conditioner still didn’t work properly so he gave us a few options.

He was extremely honest and straightforward with us about what needed to be done. We ended up needing a new air conditioner and also had him add replacement of the furnace, which was 27 years old.

I am a home inspector by trade and knew that Franco wasn’t just trying to sell me things I didn’t need.

He showed up a few days later at our appointment time with his Father who assists him in the HVAC work (an awesome family business!). They got to work right away.

My wife asked me how many days I thought it would take them to finish. I said “they will be done today” and she didn’t believe me.

They installed a new furnace (the old one was 80% efficient; the new one was a 96% efficient unit), re-located the return air from an ugly ceiling grill to the hallway wall, ran the high-efficiency PVC exhaust and combustion air outside through the brick exterior, and installed the new air conditioner.

They finished in time for us to enjoy the new air conditioning just as we were going to bed. No more 78-degree heat in the house.

Their work was clean, correctly done, and high quality. They worked from 9:30 am to 11:30 pm (with only a couple breaks) so that they could get the job done.

My wife said it was refreshing to have a contractor who showed up and worked late to get the job done.

I now have a reliable and honest “HVAC Guy” ;) who I trust. We will be using them again when we replace our other air conditioner and furnace in the near future and for all yearly maintenance and tuneups from here out. Thank you Franco!

So my ac went out when it was extremely hot, go figure! My ac unit has been having issues and it couldn't have been a more inconvenient time. Contacted the HVAC guys and the service couldn't have been better. Franco came out and gave me several options. I chose to upgrade and replace my existing equipment due to my previous problems. The installation was fast, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

We’re selling our house and needed vents and a cold air return installed in our basement. The buyers wanted a credit of an enormous amount to do this so we said we’d do it ourselves. I contacted the HVAC guys on a Friday and they were able to come out the very next Tuesday and get everything done. Everything was clean, I was given a few options and price quotes, it was done quickly and for a quarter of what the buyers wanted us to give them as a “credit”. Will absolutely recommend to anyone that asks.
