Rapid Response Heating and Air

These guys are absolutely amazing!! When our AC went out during the summer they were extremely quick to respond. Not only did they get us a new AC going, during the install process they found ways to save us money where they could have easily made more money for themselves. They are amazingly friendly, honest, and knowledgeable.

Called them and they were on time and very professional. Quality of work was very good.

These guys are amazing!!! Jordan has come over a couple of times to fix first my furnace than my A/C unit. Both times he was very professional very nice and made sure to only replace the parts that needed to be replaced. I will always use these guys for HVAC.

Boyd was thorough, methodical, gave us all of his attention, and reasonably priced. He took his time to explain the nature of the task to us and I would recommend him again. He helped us run ducting for our kitchen hood through the attic and out the ceiling vent.

Sunday "service"; made wife happy! Called Sunday morning first thing as I needed a capacitor for my condenser; I had already diagnosed the problem. The owner took my call and sold me a capacitor -- he was waiting for me when I arrived -- good thing I got the owner. This happened 1 year ago on Sunday as well, and I couldn't find anybody on Sunday in the Ogden area that would sell me a capacitor since I wasn't a licensed contractor. It's a moderate drive from Ogden to SLC, but now I know who to call if I ever have another problem on a Sunday when others are unwilling to sell parts for DIY's.

Love Boyd. The only person who showed up after air conditioner broke down over memorial weekend. Very professional, personable, honest. Would recommend to everybody.

These guys are awesome! Called last night and they came out first thing today. The tech fixed our problem within a few hours, and advised reasonable solutions to other potential issues, without trying to "over" sell anything. Price was reasonable and we will be repeat customers. Don't hesitate to call them!!

My furnace was acting up on a record cold day. Boyd made his way over with in a few hours, diagnosed the issue and walked me through each possible solution. In the end, he was able to fix the issue with the solution that cost me the least $!

This is the finest HVAC company in Utah! They are great people, and extremely knowledgeable. Their installations not only work well, but are beautifully done! This is a family business with very reasonable prices. Their work is neat, and they do it right! This is the HVAC company that I call 😀!
