Boyd and his crew are amazing. I was frustrated by the HVAC people I usually call, and through a referral from a fellow landlord, I found Rapid Response. I was all set to pay $6500 for a new furnace/AC, but Boyd quickly diagnosed the real problem, and $59 later, I was on my way. Service providers who are looking for long term success versus a buck or two in the short term are getting harder to find - this is my first ever Google review, and I unequivocally endorse Rapid Response.

Very satisfied. Boyd helped make special arrangements for me in this heat since I had my baby just last week. The technicians were very nice and asked me before making any changes to make everything work. They left everything very neat and even went the extra mile of taking out my old swamp cooler and neatly covered the exposed area on the siding of my home. I have used other heating and cooling companies in the past, and these guys really know how to treat customers right! Thanks guys. You rock!!!

We called late in the afternoon on a Friday of a really hot weekend to see if someone could come figure out why our AC wasn't working. Our entire HVAC system had been replaced only 2 years previously. Boyd and his guys came a few hours later and repaired the parts of our system that had been neglected and explained why it stopped functioning. Our home was cool again the same day. They were honest and upfront through their visit and kept us updated along the way. We immediately signed up for their maintenance program to ensure the longevity of our new equipment. I'm so glad we found Rapid Response Heating and Air (after dealing with different companies who only applied bandaids to issues that needed to be addressed more thoroughly). Called for minor issue and was given some great advice that lead me to get my whole furnace replaced. There was no pressure to do so; Jordan was knowledgeable and gave me an education that lead me to make that decision myself. They helped me not only keep me and my family comfortable, but safe as well.

I called Rapid Response for a second opinion after having another company come look at my furnace that had told me I need a whole new unit. Boyd and his guys came in and found that it just needed a simple part. They had it fixed in a few hours and only cost me a couple hundred dollars as opposed to thousands. Had Jordan come out SAME DAY I called in to get a second opinion on my HVAC and water heater. Previous group said I wasn't up to code, and needed to replace a few things totalling $3000 in repairs that was quoted.

Jordan came in, educated me, called the individual who is over the code system in Utah, and walked me through exactly what was needed. Saved me $3000 while educating me. Phenomenal experience

After months of malfunctions, my furnace completely died overnight. I was nervous about the costs of hiring a professional to come look at it, but I decided to call Rapid Response based on their favorable online reviews. And those reviews were right -- these guys really are the best. A technician was at my house within the hour, and he was able to diagnose the problem right away. He did a great job of explaining the problem and my various options for dealing with it. When I decided to replace the furnace, Rapid Response immediately sent an installation crew to put in a new furnace that same day. They were very professional and did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. The price I paid for the installation was very reasonable, and there were no hidden fees or other surprises. I would 100% recommend Rapid Response to anyone who needs HVAC services.

I had two other companies come out and take a look at our furnace and they told me that my control board was shot. One company even charged me a $79 diagnostic fee for a false answer! This company came in and had it working within 5 minutes since it was just a loose fuse. They did NOT try to sell me something I didn't need or make up something to repair. I have never left a Google review before but this company sure deserves it. It was nice to finally deal with an honest repairman. I will definitely use them again!
