Called Hartman to come have look at my furnace that was not properly heating. They came out and charged me $120.00 to tell me they couldn't fix the blocked part without extensive cleaning charge. They also, quoted 250.00 for broken part that I priced out at $27.00 online plus another 240.00 for labor to install the part that literally takes 5 minutes to replace. Stay away from these guys!! I fixed everything in literally 15 minutes and saved hundreds of dollars

Not happy at all!!! My client just purchased a home and a couple of days after moving in the refrigerator was hooked up and then there was a leak. The buyers purchased an AHS contract and I actually scheduled for them a service request. AHS sent Hartman to them as the preferred vendor and the client called Hartman to see if they could come out quicker. The dispatch person communicated to my buyer that AHS would not pay for the claim because it was quote within a "2 week window" and the only way they are coming out is if she agrees to pay the full service at the time they come out. I called AHS and they are agreeing to pay it and there is not such thing as a "2 week window" because it is considered unknown preexisting. AHS is not at fault here Hartman is for mis information and for leading my clients on!

I called on Hartman to help diagnose and repair a plumbing issue in my home. Mike Hansen was the inital worker to come out. He was unsure of where the exact leak was coming from, but ran a camera down the pipes from the roof and felt that it needed fruther investigating. He called his plumbing manager, Jarred Roberts, who came out a few hours later to investigate. After taking a look he determined that my entire sewer line needed to be replaced. It was also recommended that we reroute/replace the drain pipe from the bathroom and reconnect it to the sewer line in the laundry room to avoid damage to the fireplace that I wanted to preserve. Jarred came back a few days later with a bid of $6,430.00 for drain replacement and $10,315.00 for street repair/sewer lateral line replacemnet. He also stated that he had reported the issues with the city and that my property had been flagged. I would have to replace the entire sewer line regardless of my intentions with the home.

I had Electric Rooter out for a 2nd opinion. After investigating the issue, it was decided that the sewer line shoud be cleaned out. After which a camera was run through the line. I saw what they saw on the screen and they explained everything as they went along and determined that my pipes were fine. This issue resolved with a good clean out and a new plug to seal an unsused drain at the cost of $355.50. I metioned my concern over the fact that Jarred had reported to the city and flagged my property. They called the inspector for my area and he said that was false, that there was no way to flag my property. I also called the city to follow up and they said the same thing.

I feel that Hartman took advantage of my situation - female, naive, emotional after the loss of my mother and moving back to my childhood home. I find it apalling that they would use such scare tactics to ensure a job.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this company today. Three of their employees were at my home and they were all so nice and professional. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me. They worked very hard to get the job done in one day and they were even done a few hours earlier than they thought they would be. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Their customer service was excellent and their service was great. If I ever have another problem, I will not hesitate to call them!

This company came out to my home and told my husband that our air conditioning unit was no good and was leaking freon and could not be fixed and we would need to purchase a brand new unit for $4,500 dollars. They also made us pay $80 dollars just to give us a bid. Since then we have called another company Holms and Holms and they said that our unit could be fixed for $200 dollars and the unit should get us by for another 2 to 3 summers before it breaks. I was not impressed with Hartman and would not recommend them to anyone. I would recommend Holms and Holms they are an awesome company that tells the truth!

Hartman Heating and Air were very professional and did a great job! they gave me a very fair price along with a 10 year warrantee. I have NOTHING bad to say about my experience and would refer them to all my friends and family.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. I contacted these guys to come out and give me a price on AC repair. I already know what is wrong with my AC. It needs a new condensor motor. Their website says FREE ESTIMATES but they forget to mention thats for a new installation. They wanted to charge $76 for telling me what I already knew. I think that is very shady way of doing business. You advertise FREE ESTIMATES but really they are $76. They make alot of money just giving estimates. They are robbing people by False advertising.

I have already wasted way too much time with this company last year. All I want to say is, that I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Customer Service from Upper Management doesn't exist and they are very unprofessional. Walter was excellent but I had a very disappointing interactions and experience with the rest of the company. I am sorry I ever called you.

I paid these folks over 14,000 in repair work on a commercial property. I also purchased a brand-new HVAC system for a rental property. These guys do not stand behind their products and they will not warrantee them like they say. I would strongly suggest looking for other HVAC contractors. Especially One that will stand behind their products, labor and warranty them.

I had a guy come out to service my air. He was pretty surly because he had to go on the roof. I was low on freon, so he topped it off. The job took about an hour and he charged me $500. Totally ripped me off. Never again!
