Professional Heating & Air Conditioning

We were definitely impressed by the men who came from Professional Heating. They worked hard and completed this large project in just 1 day. The men who came were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had to get our main heating line put up into the rafters before we finish our bathroom in the basement. It seemed almost impossible because of how my floor trusses are built. When the house was built 30 plus years ago, they reversed 2 of the floor trusses so the boxes that would normally hold the main heating duct, weren't lined up with all of the other truss boxes. Because of this, they simply mounted the main heating duct to the bottom of the trusses. This would mean a drop down ceiling right in front of the mirror. With boys over 6 feet tall, this would present a problem combing their hair. We would have had to get a special door made to go under the low ceiling. And I wouldn't have been able to put a light bar over the mirror where we need it. They also were able to address an issue of a vent that had come apart and was causing heat loss into the dead space between the upstairs floor and the downstairs ceiling. This explained why we were not getting heat through that vent in that bedroom. We also had a vent from the water heater that was at code when the house was built, but was not code now. They fixed that also. I also appreciated the amount that they charged us. It was very reasonable compared to the bids we had received from the other heating companies. We received bids on a new A/C unit from a number of companies before we decided to go with ProFessional. These guys are consistently the best, most professional and honest repair people around. I have used other companies, but now only call them. They are honest had have told me when the issue that I thought was a big deal was an inexpensive easy fix. I highly recommend this company.

Wow! Great service. I'm recommending all my friends use these guys. We had a pretty complex furnace issue and Kelly worked until he could confirm the problem was accurately identified and fixed.

Kelly diagnosed the issue immediately, replaced one of the furnace motors within an hour with one that he had in his truck, and there were no surprises with the bill. I would definitely use PH&AC again and recommend them to others!

Charged me just under $200 to come and put in a $20 capacitor from Allred's supply in Orem. Took them only 15 minutes, so at least they were fast once they arrived. Call someone else or go pick up the part yourself, that's what I should have done.

They do good work and honor their warranty should anything need to be fixed again. Your honesty and quality of service has impressed me time and time again. Highly recommend this company.
