Wyatt and Rylee are so fantastic! They came in and did an amazing job putting in our new furnace and ac. They were clean and respectful to our space and time. We will be using Black Diamond for all our future projects. Also a shout out to Mike Wadman and Jon Marino for helping so much! Mike was so down to earth. He talked to us and didn’t sell or push anything. He set up the facts and helped us pick the best option for our home and family.

BDE send Ryan out to have a second look at a shower that was leaking after their first round of work and he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without charging me anything since it was a follow-up visit. Continued great service!

Adrian went above and beyond to install and new dual fuel heat pump and furnace at my house today. The world needs more people as dedicated to their trade as Adrian is!

I believe the guy that moved my air return today was named Bryson? But I could be wrong. Either way. Immaculate work and fast problem solving. We ended up with a few more holes than anticipated but they have a sheet rock patcher coming soon to finish it up. But I’m overall impressed with the professionalism and fast service.

Felt they were scamming us.

I called for a repair. They quoted a discounted price of just $530 for a job that in the end cost $210.

The bad part is the salesperson/electrician stuck around giving a very long sale's pitch why we needed to pay $1,100 for some work on our water heater.

I got another quote for the same work and was quoted $200-300. In the end the second company came by and told us that these parts were working perfectly fine and didn't need to be replaced.

Really don't trust this company, based on this experience

Had 3 services performed, A/C Tune up (Roger M), Water heater Flush (Jacob W), and Heating system Maintenance (Brad). All 3 technicians were very personable and professional, each explained thoroughly what was to be done and were very knowledgeable answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend BD experts for all home service. Mahalo!

What a great company to work with. My request for an estimate on a new furnace was responded to quickly by Andy. He was helpful when he came to create the quote, and educated me about the options. No hard sell tactics, which was great. Within a week we scheduled the install around my schedule. Malachi and Joe showed up on time and were again helpful in explaining the install process and careful to be respectful of my house and property. The professionalism and skill was obvious, and they answered my questions and finished up paying attention to details. I’d recommend this company to anyone. Before and after photos show the work of art they created! :-)

We just got our furnace replaced and I have to say I have never been so pleased with a company. They were very responsive and Patrick and Ethan were amazing to work with. We definitely will be using them again!

I had Bryce, Ian and Tyler come come to my house to replace some electrical work that needed to be done and brought up to code. They were very fast and very professional! They came into my house and kept the area clean. They kept me updated on what was happening and why they are doing it. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what Black Diamond experts brought to the table! Unmatched!

Henry was great to work with. Super friendly and very thorough in his job. Looking forward to working with him again in the future.
