We were very pleased with Josh Rimas. He came in, quickly diagnosed the problem we were facing, explained the solutions as well as warning us of what potential pitfalls were possible. I felt informed, fairly treated, and well taken care of. Great job, and I will continue to use Black Diamond for future jobs.

Black Diamond Experts has been our go-to for service and maintenance for the last couple of years.Their careful attention has assured comfort in our home. Today the service tech, Canyon, not only made the correct adjustments on the furnace but caught a needed adjustment on the thermostat by running a secondary test. I also appreciated that Canyon mentioned that the water pressure was measuring a lower than normal (which I had noticed but forgotten to ask about), and will now be addressed. Mike and Alan were great. toilet and tub wouldn’t drain. ended up being a broken pipe with roots in it. they were able to fix everything fast. the toilet flushes again, and the tub drains, and my basement isn’t leaking. they wore shoe protection and kept the waste out of my house. Mike went out of his way to clean up the basement water as well. they also took care of all the permits needed. would use again. they also were very cautious of my flowerbed.

Trent at Black Diamond Experts--Orem did a great job in my home, replacing my 20-year-old hot water heater and fixing other plumbing issues such as corroded and dripping faucets. He was here on time in the morning, and worked efficiently to get all of the work done by noon. He was also very courteous. Black Diamond consistently provides excellent, professional, high-quality service.

Black Diamond exceeded all my expectations! From the beginning call to set up appt, the agent was so efficient and good humor, got me an electrician within 2 hours. Nathan shows up after a courtesy call. He was very knowledgeable and informed me of so many things I didn’t understand about my situation. He found problem quick and only charged $39. What a relief! Then I get a nice follow up call to ensure all is working well. I’m blown away by the service level of Black Diamond. Hard to find nowadays. This company definitely deserves 5 star rating. Thank you!

Henry’s a 5-star technician. He came out and did some diagnostic work on our A/C unit. He got right in and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and also very friendly. We will definitely be calling on Black Diamond again for future needs.

Jose and Caleb arrived on time, were efficient and thorough. They were pleasant and courteous. They needed to double check to see if a second item on the original order had been done. (It had.) They completed the job, a water heater replacement, in less than the estimated time, and returned items they had to move to do the work. I’d definitely recommend them for future jobs!

Robert was extremely professional and trustworthy! I am so glad we are part of their Diamond Service Plan since we've used it a number of times. I highly recommend them, especially Robert!

Kris was our plumber for our toilets. He helped us going beyond what we were expecting. He fixed two toilets, and we are super happy with the work that he did for us. I would recommend him to anybody. If we ever have a problem again, we will call Kris. If I was to give him a letter grade I would give him an A.
