Joe and Max were very good and did a great job. Did well with instructions on the new thermostat and familiarity with new furnace and air filter. Very happy with service and they cleaned up after project, it was as if they were never here . Thank you.

Black Diamond was amazing, they came out on a Saturday to help me figure out what was going on with an electrical issue I was having. Not only did Tino fix the problem but explained to me what had happened. Tino was awesome, very polite and professional. After the job was done he shared a little about their company and their goals. All in all a very positive experience, I’d use them again

I am a real estate broker in Utah County. I have personally used Black Diamond for years, and referred a lot of business to them. That will no longer happen. I asked them to do a sewer drain line inspection for a young couple buying a home. They have an advertised special for $89 for this service. When they learned that the home is under contract they raised the price 289%, and said that's their policy. I asked if the sellers could schedule it directly (thinking that they just don't want to deal with a non-homeowner). The woman that was on the call talked to her manager and was told no. They would not even honor the advertised price for the homeowner. This is dishonest behavior and shows their intentions with these inspections specials. They will not honor their advertised pricing unless they feel they will be able to get more work out of you in the future. Nowhere in their advertising do they say "get this special if you are the homeowner, and do not intend on selling your home". Clearly deceptive advertising. I would beware of a company that will ONLY honor their word if they think they can get more business from you. Makes me wonder what they do at their inspections, and if the goal is not to be give am honest inspection, but find ways to charge more money. Disappointing. They have lost my business and my referrals.

Mike and Jaren are the best. They are on top of the project from stop to finish. The was no question if they were coming out the office would call to give an arrival time. The guys would check in before they left the job site. So easy to work with. Thanks for you quick response.

Daniel and Tyler came out right on time, with a call ahead to let us know they were coming. They replaced some old electrical hardware, which was becoming a safety concern. Their friendly attitudes and willingness to answer questions were a huge boon, and made me feel very confident in their expertise. Highly recommended!

To: Josh, Jackson, Ric and team! These guys are great. From no power due to an old breaker panel and breakers that literally fried-to a brand new perfectly placed panel in one day (as well as working with city officials during the process)! This team is personable and very respectful of your space while working in your home. And they loved my dog which was a huge bonus! My sincere thanks to Ric for coming out on New Year’s Eve to check things out. Josh and Jackson worked there ends off and I’m very great full. If your thinking about upgrading your electrical or have a massive electrical failure as we did, just call them and have them bid it out. You’ll choose Black Diamond to do the work. I have now used this company’s AC/furnace both outside and mini- Split, electric including new fuse box and multiple new outlets/ car charger installation/ updated 240 where needed over numerous months and projects. I can’t say enough positive about the services, the professionalism, consideration and absolute sticking with the quoted price. I can say they went above and beyond as I was not always as prepared as I could have been.
