Called this company for a 2nd opinion on my AC issues. Brad came out and from the very start of the service call visit I had a great feeling about him and the company. Was very professional and knowledgeable about the service needing to be done on the AC unit. Once he informed and explained the situation he was fast to fix the issue and find solutions to the problems. I had no question that I was getting a professional and honest opinion on my AC issues. The technician came over and showed us what was wrong with our furnace and ordered the parts to get it fixed. We bought a high energy efficiency furnace and it keeps our gas bill low

They did a review and maintance yesterday and now my heat only stays on for a few minutes and it is not keeping up and we are starting to get cold.

It worked fine until Absolute air worked on it.

Oscar was our technician. He was very honest with his analysis. I hate being up sold on stuff. I just wanted the tune up and that’s it. He found a few things that needed adjustment. He was very thorough. I paid exactly what I expected from the beginning. No pressure.

The service with Absolute Heat, Air, and water is excellent! Rex was very thorough, patient, and caring in his presentation of what was available and what was best for our needs.
We had Dennis as a technician at our home last year, he was very thorough and awesome to work with! He answered our questions and had our A/C running and cooling our house in a short time. We also talked with Rex about updating our A/C and furnace but we decided to wait until this year. Our system quit working last weekend. After we talked to Rex they were awesome in getting our system in the next day! Thanks Rex for making it happen! We love the people at Absolute! Absolute Air has been fantastic to work with. During a routine inspection they found issues with my HVAC system, and we determined that the whole thing needed replacing (it was an 18-year-old system, and the inspection before suggested this might be on the way). They made honest recommendations and were able to get me a quote quickly. Even better, they were able to do the install within days of ordering. The install went faster than I expected, and they left my equipment room cleaner than when they started. The crew was professional and knowledgeable.

We have two units that heat and cool our home. Our main floor unit went out on what would be a very hot day. I Googled repair companies and decided to call Absolute Air based on reviews. I call them and the girl who took my call was so friendly! She was able to get someone out that same day. The technician was really nice, and honest. The fix ended up being an easy fix, and he also tuned up our furnace and cleaned out our other unit. 2 days later our air conditioner for our upstairs stopped working, so we called Absolute Air back out. The new technician was also very nice and honest. Unfortunately this fix wasn't as easy, as our upstairs 30 year old furnace's blower had seized up. He said he could fix it but did let me know that it may be a good time to think about a new furnace, since furnaces don't typically last that long. We decided to have them call out their furnace salesman, who was just so wonderful to work with. Never once in all of my/our interactions with the technicians, or salesman did we feel like we were being jerked around. The salesman, Mike, was so easy to work with, kind, and helpful. He helped us find a product that we were comfortable paying for and worked for our needs. I was so pleasantly surprised. They were able to get it installed only 2 days later! I have been so impressed with this company, I would highly recommend them to someone needing maintenance, fixes or new equipment. We will definitely use them again on other future needs!!

I have found that this company continues to improve in all areas they already do well at. I appreciate how the technicians typically treat their work as more than a job, that they strive to personally excel at what they do. I've had some mysterious and rare issues with my furnace and hot water heater over the years and the technicians from this company have consistently shown a drive to take the challenge on and call on the experience of their teammates to try to solve the issues with my system. Thank you for your hard work.
