What a joke the $79 Home Depot special for checking out furnace and air conditioner was - tech told me the dual torque booster/ capacitor was low and quoted me a price of $350 plus service. I just bought the same capacitor at a local wholesale company for $21.00. What a rip off!!!!

Tayson came out 2 hours earlier that scheduled which was fine as we were both home and he took his time and went through their 33 point fall tuneup checklist and gave our furnace a clean bill of health. The service charge was VERY reasonable and due to his diligence Absolute Heat - Air - Water has acquired a new life time customer for their outstanding service.

We shopped around for water softeners and talked to other companies but when we talked to Nick, he was knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the system. He was efficient and explained step by step what he was going to do when he arrived. He was organized and clean. He’s competitively priced.
We have used Absolute to service our water heater, air conditioning, and heat system and have always been pleased with their service.
We highly recommend him and will continue to use Absolute Air Heat and Water.

They came on New Years Day and assessed the problem and did a short-term fix to get us through for a couple of days before the main board to our furnace could be delivered and replaced. They gave us a fair price and were excellent in the follow up.

The technician did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and why. Quote was 15% lower than another company. Tech went out of his way to quickly find
a suitable replacement water heater ( We have a weird configuration so we needed a water heater with particular specs). Installed on time, on budget and did a great job.
