Simply amazing. We recently moved from Washington and were looking for a whole home humidifier solution. After searching around, Absolute air was by far the most easy to work with over the phone and through their other communication channels (texting, appointment setting, etc), was very reliable in their communication and appointments, and even went above and beyond to try and expedite and give me a better service than promised. On Halloween morning, they had promised to get back to me later in the day but when they called I unfortunately was busy. By the time I could talk to them, it was practically time to go trick or treating so I decided to follow up the next day. To my surprise, absolute air called me again that evening in an attempt to close the loop and follow up on a promise to call me back and give me a quote. I felt bad because it was Halloween, but I was impressed with their commitment to follow through. We set up another appointment to do an in person walk through a few days later. A day before our appoint, they again called and said they were wrapping a job earlier in the evening than they anticipated and would be able to come a day early if that worked for me. Again, evidence of going above and beyond. We set the final appointment for install, and the technician showed up on time, but actually brought someone else along to help and they were in and out in an hour.
I’m certain that any competitor could do the same exact job that was done on my house. But Absolute Air did so much right in the small details ranging in everything from the website design, the ease of communication, their follow through, their subject matter knowledge, the text messaging and appointment system to confirm appointments and let you know who your technicians are, to the actual service itself….. it all added up into one amazing experience that I frankly have not had with a local buisness anywhere. Ever.
Strongly recommend for anyone looking for HVAC services.

Absolute Air serviced both of my units on the same visit and the technician thought there was some preventative steps that should be taken, which concerned me because the units are fairly new. When I expressed my disappointment, I got a call and an additional follow up call from one of the general managers to explain things and to be sure I felt satisfied with the resolution. They are an outstanding company in value and customer service, I really appreciate their conscientious efforts to ensure a quality experience for the customer.

I wasn't home. My wife met with them as they did a tune up on our furnace and AC. I think the technician was nice enough and professional and knowledgeable but when I saw the list of expensive repairs he was suggesting and calling them urgent, it
made me question if they are just trying to drum up more business. The furnace and AC are only 3 years old, there is no way that we should have that many urgent items. Maybe he is right, but it left me wondering if they were being truthful. They wanted a review right now, so here it is, I definitely need to get a second opinion.
