YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electric

Went to them to flush out our tankless water heater. The booking process was quick and they quoted us at a fair price. The technician, Caleb, was professional, friendly, and did his job quickly. He also caught and helped us to replace a corroded pipe and gave us a fair price for that as well.

Our furnace stopped working, and we were able to get someone out to look at it the same day! Taylor was very nice and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He quickly found and fixed the issue and set us up on a (very reasonably priced) plan to have the system tuned up annually. I’m glad I reached out to absolute air! Definitely recommend.

I really wish I’d shopped around more before using this company. In addition to a pipe not being sealed during installation that caused a leak, the heater makes a loud banging noise when it runs and now that the weather’s warming up I’ve found that the A/C doesn’t work. The fan runs but the condenser doesn’t even turn on so no cold air comes out of the vents. The appointment window has passed and I’ve been waiting all day for them to come repair a brand new system (again) and there’s been no communication letting me know they’re going to be late or if they are even still coming. I also paid for a duct to be updated that doesn’t appear to have even been touched. I will definitely avoid this company in the future.

My husband and I met technician Jensen Martinez for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed with his service and experience! I’d request him again. He showed integrity and professionalism. I appreciated the time he took to make sure things were done right and cleaning up and putting items back in their place before leaving. He seemed to have our benefit first in mind.

Jensen did a great job helping us with a very unfortunate problem. Had our A/C up and running again in a short time. Was very professional and communicated all our options every well.

Way too expensive. 3600.00 for a water heater. If I wanted to add a water softener in place of the one I had that works fine and add a pressure valve. The price was 10,600.00

Very good service. My technician mike was very nice, and professional. I had a problem with one of my ac units and mike found the problem quickly and got it taken care of.
