Last night our furnace went out and after I checked out a few things I couldn’t see what was wrong. I called up absolute and their service technician was able to come out really quick! He showed me the igniter was cracked and then he replaced it. Everything is working great now!

It was time for my annual A/C system checkup and Brian from Absolute Air (now Yes!) showed up. Brian was very personable and explained everything he was going to do. He also explained about the merger between Esco (my old go to for all things heating and cooling) and Absolute Air. Then he got to work and was efficient and quiet and it wasn't long before he was finished. He went over all he had done and left me with a list what he had done and some suggestions without any pressure. I appreciated Brian's professionalism and personal demeanor and would recommend Yes! to anyone in need of HVAC help.

Absolute Trash of a business. I wanted to get a water heater replaced and Absolute Air was going to send out a technician to my place. We setup a time and confirmed it through the initial phone call and through text the day before. They gave us a time frame of 8-12pm and said the technician will notify us when they're 15-30 mins out. I took off work to be there but I didn't hear anything from them all morning. Then, at 12:10pm they called me to reschedule the appointment because the technician was sick.
Look, I totally get people getting sick, life happens. But to not call until after a four hour window was already confirmed is unacceptable.
Absolute air should know if their employee's are not going to make the appointment within 10 minutes of the first appointment.
Update:
The manager did call me and he did explain the situation of where the ball was dropped. I already found someone else and we already had the water heater installed. Also, I'm not sure how to reach out to the agent who called me on Monday but I do apologize for swearing at you. It was uncalled for on my part.
