Matt, the plumber was smart, kind, and performed the job! I will recommend Smedley to anyone who needs any type of plumbing!

Went in today just to ask if they could fix a smart thermostat, which the type of repair it needed they couldnt do, but they did have the same model and the one step down. and even let me look at the step down version so i could see if it was the same base mount(everything was the same and i bought it, minus some features). every other place i tried just wanted to send a tech and get a diag fee. if i ever need parts again ill stop by here.

Smedley sent an installer out to give me a bid on replacing my furnace vent ducting. He was a bit vague on the pricing and promised to call me back the same day with a price, but he never called. He also told me while he was here that he would be able to do the work within about 2 business days. I've never heard from him since. I don't understand this behavior. I had Smedley install a new air conditioner about five years ago, and it was a great experience. They did good work then and we were pleased with the results, but definitely not with their visit this time.

I had an issue with my furnace and A/C and I called and spoke with Amy to troubleshoot my problem. She kindly took the time to explain a couple different scenarios and helped me isolate the problem over the phone. I was able to fix it without needing a tech to come out. What a great company that would offer help to resolve my problem and not charge for it. I am a Smedley customer for life now. Thanks Amy and thanks Smedley Service!

Two technicians showed up at the house. One was grumpy, just stared at the wall and didn't say much. The other guy turned the furnace on a couple of times said there was nothing wrong with it he never even took the cover off to look inside of it he never even unscrewed the cover to look in it and he's still charged me $60 anyway. This is the first time I've ever used smedley and it's the last. Smedley charged me $60 and did absolutely nothing. They could have at least tuned it up or something. But it's obvious to me they only care about the money they don't really care about their customers all that much. I leave this review so you won't have to get ripped off like I did.

I just had Smedley's replace the HVAC system in my house, and they did a stellar job. Totally please with the whole process. I knew my system was dying, so I was in the process of getting bids. First, Neldon gave me a detailed bid with numerous options as to level of product and price. When my system actually died, Gary helped me pick out the best options for my budget, and then dispatched a repairman to get my old unit bandaided together so we'd have AC on 100+ degree days until they could get us installed. And that was AT NO COST! The install went well, and quite pleased how things look. When I had some concerns about whether the system was working properly, they sent out Shawn, the service manager, who checked everything out for me. I'd highly recommend them...they didn't need to patch up my old AC for free, and of the 4 bids I got, they gave me the best value as far as equipment vs. price.

Wonderful experience start to finish with this company. Our AC needed replacement and Kyle came out same day and gave me a quote. He gave us several options. We had another company quote us and the quote they gave was $100 less for a better quality AC. I asked how much to tune up our furnace and they did it no charge. I will recommend.

Gary was absolutely incredible! They worked to get our furnace replced with our home warranty, they really went to bat for us. They were always punctual and kept us updated on install and products. Very professional and courteous. We will use them for all of our properties going forward and even our personal residence. We have never felt more confident in the information and recommendations we were given. I would absolutely recommend them!

Absolutely amazing service! I manage a UPS Store and our A/C unit was not working. I called they were super informative, and easy to work with. They were able to get a technician out to our location within a few hours of calling and had our unit repaired in less than 30 minutes. Phenomenal!
