The technicians that came out were very friendly and did their best to solve my problem. We had some issues with getting the part in stock, but the owner came and replaced it as soon as it came in. I had some issues with the receptionists, not communicating what was going on or not answering the phone so it was lucky I didn’t work because I spent three days at home expecting the repair. Hopefully this repair holds for a while.

We had Bill's install our HVAC system a number of years ago me they did a great job. Timely, professional, and at a price we could afford. Well, everything wears with time. Here we are, 5-7 years later, and our A/C wasn't cooling. We called Bill's again, and they sent a technician out the very next morning. Jace was friendly, professional, and on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it without delay - and the best part was, the part was still under warranty from when Bill's installed it before, so we only had to pay for the service/diagnostic call!! I would not hesitate to call Bill's again, and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Jace was an excellent technician, too!

A colleague of mine had highly recommended Bill’s Comfort Systems when he had sought a second opinion for an A/C repair after having received an outrageous bid from an unscrupulous HVAC service provider. My fairly new HVAC’s A/C system had been slowly failing after having purchased it only a few years prior. On a hot day in June, the technician with Bill’s Comfort Systems had identified the problem within seconds of inspecting the system, revealing that the problem was due to poor workmanship on the part of the derelict dolts with the company that sold me the HVAC system (a company my general contractor had recommended, who I will also never be employing again). The technician promptly started the repairs and properly pressurized the system with the needed refrigerant. Immediately after repairs and pressurization, the system’s operation far exceeded my expectations. I am grateful that Bill’s Comfort Systems was able to repair my system within a reasonable amount of time after I had contacted them (they were understandably very busy with other requests for A/C repair on a hot summer day). I will look to refer others to Bill’s Comfort Systems and will contact them again if a future need arises.

We needed our gas fireplace checked for a repair. I was able to call in the late afternoon and get an appointment for the next morning. The technician showed up on time, was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and had the problem solved in very little time. The price was very fair and I am very satisfied with the work done.
