These guys do great work at a fair price. They installed a 95 furnace 2 years ago and did a phenomenal job at minimizing their drywall patches and afterwards patched, mudded, and taped everything back to how it was. They went above and beyond.

Great to work with. was able to get a replacement door for our wood burning stove. Great customer service and Carter installed the door. Very professional.

We contacted Bill's Comfort Systems and got an appointment the next day to inspect our gas fireplace that wouldn't turn on. Charlie immediately identified the issue and got the fireplace working. He was quick and professional. Overall, we're very happy with the service we received.

Broc did a furnace tune-up and also got our old gas fireplace cleaned up and back up and running after years of non-use by the former homeowners. It was nice to get it all done in one visit. Bill’s got us on the schedule quickly, communicated very well throughout the process, and Broc was an excellent tech who was thorough, knew his stuff, polite, and took the time to point things out and educate us. Nothing felt rushed and I felt the price was very fair. The whole process was as professional and hassle-free as I could ever hope for. Super happy. Will definitely use them again!

Furnace blower died in the summer so no AC. They came same day and got us up and running.

Our technician was quick to get here and diagnose the problem. The pilot light to our outdoor fireplace was not staying lit. I knew to have our fireplace serviced was going to be $150, then I found out this part (pilot assembly) was another $200. I looked all over the internet for this part, I didn’t see any for anywhere near $200. So it was a gut punch to have a $350 bill when I was expecting much less.

Staff was very friendly and punctual.

Cameron from Bill’s Comfort System’s just finished routine maintenance on my HVAC system. He spent about an hour going thru both furnaces and make sure they were in good repair. He was polite, on-time, clean and professional. I trust Bill’s Comfort System’s with all my HVAC needs.

The customer service at Bill's is unmatched! Anna was so great! Helpful, courteous, and professional. And Wes was our repairman he was THE BEST! Straight forward and very knowledgeable! He did a small service on our A/C, he was fast and thorough. He also priced a new unit for us, which we will definitely be purchasing from Bill's Comfort Systems again. Our original units are 20 years old and we have been very satisfied with them. Highly recommend Bill's Comfort Systems for repairs and all your HVAC needs!!

The two men arrived on time. The were polite and explained what they were going to do. They let us watch and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up after themselves. Except for a few tiny slivers in the carpet. We vacuumed them up with our Dyson. They gave us a great price too. I'll certainly call them again if I need anything else and I'll recommend Bill's Comfort Systems to any of our friends and neighbors.
