Had appointment for 9 to 12 today. No show no call. Called at 12:30. No call back. Called again 45 minutes later and they said I was scheduled on the wrong day but would be there in 30-45 minutes. 1-1/2 hours later showed up. Tech was very nice. Told him the problem and said it was probably a capacitor. Said it would be $475, but if I did it today $425. Not knowing I said go ahead. Took about 10 minutes to trade out. So I thought the part must be expensive. Paid him and he left. Did a quick Amazon search and part cost under $16. So I just paid over $400 for about 30 minutes of drive time and repair. Took him longer to write up the bill than to fix it. If you have money you need to get rid of, give them a call

Luke came out for an AC/furnace tune up and was very awesome! He even went the extra mile and leveled my dishwasher that was off from a previous company. We have always been happy with this company.

RUDE, Expensive and tried to charge for a job that didn't need to be done! I had them come for a small repair and they tried to convince me that it was going to be a full job that would require things being torn out from the wall behind the shower. After just one other quote a very reputable company charged me 349- to fix and replace a cartridge. iRepair tried to charge me $750.00. When I said that seemed really high the worker got really rude and charged me a service fee after doing nothing. I would never ever recommend them to anyone! Beware, they are rude and think they can take advantage of women.

James came out first thing in the morning. Was honest and fair with his assessment and expertise. There service call fee was one of the lowest we found. Highly recommend this company. Back to a warm home and happy kids! 😉

Had irepair come out and take a look at my gas fired parts washer determined it was the valve got the valve here In a timely manner and installed I’m very satisfied with their work will use them again

I was looking for someone to camera a basement toilet line in preparation for a bathroom remodel and found iRepair through a Google search. They were able to send someone out within 3 hours of my call. John pulled the toilet and was able to determine where the line was running without having to camera it. John was very professional and got the job done quickly. The price was substantially less than I was quoted from some other HVAC places I contacted.

Our AC seemed to be struggling to cool all of a sudden and we called iRepair. Eusebio came out within a couple hours, found that we had a couple filters that needed replaced and our cool had frozen over. He was helpful and friendly and far more reasonable cost-wise. I'll be using iRepair any time I need heating and ac help in the future and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

James was very helpful with my water heater issues. James was through fixing my water heater. James is kind and courteous. I really appreciate his punctuality and professionalism. I highly recommend James and I repair for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I would not refer business to them. When our furnace went out we purchased a new one from them. At first service was great and employees nice enough. Then where the piping went up to the roofing water started leaking and bubbles part of our cieling. We called them to fix it and it took almost two months to resolve. The employee who fixed it had never done a repair like that before and it looks like such. Then when
we tried to turn our A/C unit it was not working properly so again we called them to check it out. The guy who came tried to start it up twice and ended up breaking the compressor because he never reopened the valves since they replaced the furnace (learned this from another company for a second opinion). We ended up having to buy a new A/C (not through them). Contacted iRepair about it and was never able to resolve that issue as my husband could never got a callback from the manager. Lastly, we have been trying to get our free filter change and furnace serviced. We scheduled a day and the guy came but did not have the filter on hand to change it. How does that happen!?! He said that someone would be back within 48 hours and we have yet to have our filter replaced even after two more phone calls......No employee was mean or rude, however they did not deliver on their service and their incompetence made things worse for us. We are taking our business elsewhere and I would suggest you do too.

Great company. Came the same day we called. Extremely friendly and showed us everything that needed to be done. Fixed everything in one day.
