Ace Air Conditioning & Heating

Ace Air Conditioning & Heating is A+ in my book! I had been waiting for over a week for another company to come look at my heating unit. After no return phone call I gave up waiting. Ace came on an hours notice and took the time to really investigate the situation to locate where the problem was coming from. The technician went out of his way to get the job done. Then I received a follow up call from who I assume was the owner or boss to see if I was pleased with the service. I will definitely use these guys again in the future. Thanks Ace for the awesome customer service!

I am so impressed with Ace A/C and heating!! We replaced the coils in our A/C unit a month ago (when it was still cold outside) when we turned our A/C on this week, the A/C did not cool the house down. I texted Art right away! He couldn’t fit us into his scheduled so he came on Sunday!(his day off). Turns out, our A/C needed to be charged! He also fixed something else that was just little. The house immediately felt cooler! He was fast and efficient. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I just put his contact info. In my phone! HE WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLED AGAIN!!

Even though they were slammed, they worked really hard to fit us into their schedule. Art came over within minutes and had our air conditioning up and running in no time. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Our furnace was not working, and at the time our 99-year-old grandmother was staying with our family. They had the unit up and working within an hours time. The owner Art was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much, for doing a wonderful job!!!

I am sooooo impressed with Ace! Our central air stopped working and I was worried it would need to be replaced. The technician was on time (actually even 10 minutes early!), professional, thorough, and explained everything he did. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Art is fantastic at getting back to you in a timely manner. He communicates thoroughly through email, calls, and texts. They schedule promptly. AJ extremely knowledgable and he and his crew are professional and courteous. The crew arrived early and finished within the allocated time and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company.

AJ came out to our place and found a problem that had eluded MANY contractors before him. Good expertise and patience to find the problem, stayed after hours to check it all out. We had just replaced our condenser and coil, which were old, but it would have been unnecessary had we known what the real problem was earlier.

Absolutely outstanding service!!! Actually had some home warranty issues and he helped us out and went to bat for us. Great guy very down to earth and honest. Did exactly what he said he was going to do exactly when he said he was going to do it on all visits. He knows what he is doing. Definitely someone you can trust. Thanks again!!!

They were awesome. We needed to replace an old AC unit and they were able to get the unit and complete the new install the enxt day. Awesome. Best I have used in Utah:)

These guys did a great job getting our A/C fixed. They were early and the fix was made seamlessly. There was a scheduling conflict (not their fault), but they worked to make it right and get in to see us quickly. Thank you!
