    When my AC broke, Art responded immediately, came over the same day, fixed my AC unit quickly and efficiently, and was as nice and friendly as could be. Then when my AC broke AGAIN a month later (not his fault) Art bent over backwards to make sure it was fixed asap and was more than fair with pricing. My AC breaking twice in the middle of the summer heat could have been a nightmare but with Art and Ace AC & Heating, it actually turned out to be a pleasant experience! I am so grateful I found this business- I wouldn't dare go to anywhere else for any future AC/heating needs! Highly recommend!

I have found Art and his crew to be consistently professional, courteous, competitively priced, and working with a high level of integrity. While I haven't always liked "the news," from a diagnosis I've always appreciated their upfront and honest approach.

    Totally awesome experience!!! Art responded the same day to inspect our old unit and recommended replacement. After 30 years I knew that it needed to be replaced. Pricing was much less than what I had received on other quotes. I was so glad that he was able to send a crew out the next day to do the replacement. Craig and AJ were phenomenal in performing the installation. They explained the entire process and also provided very useful tips on how to attain energy efficiency and proper care of the new unit. These folks have earned another loyal customer and I will be using them for all servicing needs in the future. Definitely the most professional service I have had the pleasure to work with in the Salt Lake Valley. Thank you again for job well done, over and above my expectations.

    My AC stopped working, I called my home warranty and they sent Art out to take a look. Turns out the motor was bad and he replaced it, as well as fixed every other little issue he came across. My AC is like new now and running great. Art was very nice the entire time. I personally like how he kept me involved by letting me know everything he was doing and explaining things to me so I knew the info in the future. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely reach out to Art again for any future repairs.

    Ace came out when our AC was freezing up in 100 weather. They responded quickly and were able to diagnosis the problem and have it up and running in less than an hour (our issue was a clogged outdoor unit). They took great care in explaining the issue and offering some suggestions for future improvements. One of the best experiences I've had with repairs!

    Hour late the first time they showed, kept running out to their truck to call "The Boss" the tech must have said "The Boss" 100 times every time they came back from the truck, a magical new charge. Couldn't fix issue the 1st time they came out, a week later they come out with no parts from the first visit no paperwork and new tech who knew nothing about the issue. Tried to get $500-$1000.00 paid up front before trying to fix the issue. Our home warranty company suggested we use someone else that's how bad it was. Beware of these guys. Home warranty sent 2nd company out same day, problem solved. We were told we were being lied to, no cooling system take 10+ pounds to recharge lol and wow turns out it didn't. And they did want $$, in hand, up front. not an estimate of charges he wanted us to pay him before he would even take a tool out of his truck.

    These guys are awesome. After having a rather sketchy company come out and tell us we needed 7 pounds of refrigerant and it was going to cost $700+, we had Ace come out. Mike spent several hours, explaining the whole time what he was doing and why. He actually found the problem instead of just putting in random amounts of refrigeration. $120 later and a few hours of Mikes sweat, time and effort, and we are going to have a properly running AC and cool house. Thank you Ace Air Conditioning for being honest, knowledgable and just awesome all around.

    Two weeks ago we set up an appointment to have our units serviced though our home warranty company with our paid for home warranty. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. At 3:30 the technician called and said he was in Utah county and would let me know when he was on his way to us. He didn't show up until 5:15 after we took time off from work to be here for the appointment. When I contacted the owner he was belligerent and extremely rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable with his hostile tone as I outlined the issue we had with the lack of communication and lack of promptness. His response was well there is nothing we can do about it and I am not going to do anything even apologize for being so late because it’s the end of the day. When we asked for a discount to compensate for the time we took off work he tried to tell me he already gave me one. Which he didn’t. We have a discounted rate through the contract HE established with our home warranty company for our type of warranty which we PAID for. After my husband and I asked for an apology for the way he was talking to me, he raised his voice even louder and more rude and said he absolutely would not apologize for his tone. While almost in tears with how he was speaking to me I informed him I would lodge a complaint with our home warranty company and he then hung up on me. Since he made the whole situation so uncomfortable we kindly asked the technician to head home when he finally arrived as we didn’t feel comfortable with anyone associated with the company performing work on our units. If I were a female looking to have work done by this company I would steer clear!! Also, if you work I would steer clear as well! This owner does not appreciate your time and appears to believe he and his company can do no wrong and it’s acceptable to speak to women in a hostile and intimidating manner.

    My AC unit wasn’t working so I had ace air conditioning come out and look at it. When the technician was here he said the compressor had gone out (which was a lie it’s just fine) and the report he submitted to my insurance was that the whole unit needed to be replaced and didn’t say anything like that to me at all when he was here. Then they sold me on getting a new one for 1,500$ but last minute I pulled out because something didn’t seem right. So I had my insurance send another company and the technician fixed it right away and I only had to pay my 60$ service fee. So I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anybody they are total liars and just trying to rip you off. I hope there is a way to report shady businesses like this and I’m definitely making sure my insurance knows how terrible these guys are.

    Art was awesome!! Very professional and about his business. Furnace went out and although he had to order part from Vegas, he got it shipped over night and had me up and running very next day!! Will definitely be calling him back for any other issues I have with my system! Thanks Art!!
