Ace Air Conditioning & Heating

We just had a technician from ACE come out today because they are contracted with our home warranty company. When we moved into our new house I didn’t look closely at the home warranty to know that it covered a furnace tune up, so we had one done on our own with another company. The other company said there were some repairs they recommended, so I called the home warranty company to discuss. They sent our claim to ACE who sent out Mike. He was awesome! He reviewed the “repairs” the other company recommended, and said that they were just trying to upsell me on something that wasn’t necessary. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing and what was going on with our furnace. Mike went above and beyond with his service and was totally honest. I didn’t feel like I was getting the runaround, if you know what I mean. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Loved these guys! Our air conditioning broke during the heat wave and they were able to come repair it faster than anyone else. We have a home warranty and it can be a pain to find a good company that our home warranty considers "in-network". Glad we found Ace!! They are quick to respond, easy to work with, they got my home warranty company to pre-approve a large repair quickly, everyone from their company is professional and super nice, good pricing and the guy thay came out and did the repair is awesome. His name is Bert, and he was a super hard worker, knowledgeable, and professional!! THANK YOU! :) We are happy with your services!

I contacted Ace Air Conditioning as a preferred vendor of my warranty company. They said they would come out two days later between 1pm and 3pm. We confirmed that appointment on the phone. They were a no show. I texted them to inquire why they didn't show, and they said that they texted me but didn't receive a confirmation. They never texted me and I pointed this out to the individual that I spoke with through text message (Robin). They also said they didn't do work for my particular warranty company at this moment in time do to a problem which they didn't describe. This company no showed and it is summer in Utah. It has been very hot. This is extremely unprofessional. It seems to me that due to some undisclosed issue between Ace and my warranty company, they elected to now show. When I pointed out to them that I received no such "confirmation text" - there was no further communication. You may consider taking your business elsewhere. This was a really poor customer service experience. If you give someone your word that you will show, you should do it regardless of what has went on between your company and the warranty company.

So what happens when your heater goes out? You try to get the best HVAC person quickly. By chance the owner of this company was on vacation in Oklahoma. After speaking with him about the trouble I was having, he insisted on diagnosing the problem I was having. After further review it was evident that I would need a new system. I reminded him he was on vacation to which he responded “it won’t take too long to install”. He took care of everything including locating a unit locally and all that was needed for the job. This company deserves 10 stars!

Art was incredibly nice to work with and was very responsive! He was able to get my AC up and running in less than 30 minutes. Great service and would recommend to anyone!

If you're looking for professional, seamless, and quality work, Art is the best! He was super responsive--even coming to our home on a Sunday morning to repair our heater. He installed an HVAC ductless mini as well, and it works perfectly. We highly recommend Ace Air Conditioning & Heating.

I am extremely impressed with Ace Air Conditioning & Heating. Art did a phenomenal job fixing my 15 year old air conditioning unit. Excellent customer service. Other contractors were booked two weeks out, but Art came to my house the same day, and got everything fixed in an hour and a half. I'll be calling him for all my HVAC needs from now on. Great job! Great price too!

Art is very knowledgeable and was patient with answering my many questions as a newer home owner. He looked at the heater comprehensively to make sure he was solving all the problems that were contributing to the second failure of my heater within 6 weeks in the heart of the winter (a different company looked at it the first time and only solved half the problem). It has been 2 months since he worked on it, and so far so good!

Our blower motor on our furnace in the middle of the night. We called our home warranty company and they scheduled ACE to come out and take a look. We have two little kids and asked if there was any way they could move up the appointment so we could keep them warm. Art, himself, came out on a Saturday morning and had us back up and running in a couple of hours, he even took care of us when our home warranty wouldn't! If you are in need of HVAC repairs or maintenance I would suggest calling ACE or even requesting to your home warranty company that ACE come out and take care of it, you won't regret it! Thanks Art!

Topnotch Air conditioning company. We were grateful to have Art came to our home during this Covid time to check & repair our AC unit. Art is very knowledgeable, explained to us about the issue with our AC unit. He quickly found the problem & replaced the parts. He also share/educate us with the maintenance of our AC unit, with specific kind of filters to use.
He even install a sensor to our AC unit.
