Ace Air Conditioning & Heating

We were referred to Ace via our Home Warranty Company. They were so responsive to every question, helped us with some trouble shooting because our systems are in a difficult to access area in the home. They 'Aced' customer service and quite literally exceeded our expectations. We had some real yahoo's out prior to dealing with Ace, that literally parked behind our neighbors car and blocked them in their driveway-so very unprofessional. Ace's techs were incredibly professional in manner and work. Excellent company to deal with.

Art with Ace is amazing. My furnace was making a really loud squealing noise and he came and fixed it right away. Super friendly, and explained what he was doing and the different parts of the furnace. I will trust them anytime I have any issues, and refer them to anyone.

Installed brand new Furnace, AC, Water Heater and Thermostat for me. They did an incredible job, were the best quote I got and it wasn’t even close. This is the number 1 place to go if you need anything HVAC!!

I don't usually take the time to write these, but I have to say these guys were tremendous for me, especially Craig. They did a complete furnace and coil replacement and did a phenomenal job. Craig is just an outstanding person to work with, and really took the time to make sure my system was set up correctly for my home. Even used a lot of out of the box thinking to accommodate some dated technology in my home.

I will use these guys forever going forward! HIGHLY recommended!!

I called today as my central air conditioning stopped putting out cold air yesterday. I know I am very fortunate, but the man who answered the phone said he was going to be in my area this afternoon and he would swing by after he finished his other appointment. He did, AND HE FIXED IT!! He was very nice and polite...and so fast....he diagnosed the problem in no time and had the parts with him on his truck!! I was amazed. For one, I wasn't EVEN expecting it to be fixed today as I know everyone's so busy, but, also, for him to be carrying so many parts was just AMAZING...THANK YOU SO MUCH!! By the way, this same company fixed my heater this past fall/winter, and same thing, the young man who came then was great, and had all the parts with him that he needed! Needless to say....I have their card on my fridge for any future needs. So happy!! They were initially referred to me by my Home Warranty company.

Our family has worked with Ace multiple times on multiple homes - replaced A/C unit, fixed heater, installed new ductwork. They've always delivered quality work from a professional team with quick service. The owner takes pride in his work and takes time for the individual. Highly recommended.

These guys are great. My furnace went out a few years ago and they fixed it and even installed central air in my home the following summer. They have since serviced both my ac unit and my furnace again when it started making a strange noise. Art, Kenny and AJ are the nicest and respond ASAP to all my many inquiries. Very fair and efficient. I’d reccommend 100%

I can’t recommend Ace enough. Art is such a good guy who goes above and beyond to help his customers. He and his team replaced our furnace and have helped with other repairs and have always been kind and professional. Don’t hesitate to call them!

Our A/C stopped working in the 100+ degree heat. I called Art who was very understanding and was able to send Bert over that same afternoon. Bert got right to the source of the problem and we were back up running in less than an hour. Bert even went the extra step and found that our original installer had left a sensor inside the condenser unit that belongs outside. He corrected that so the system will now run more efficiently and also educated me as to how and why the change would improve the system's operation. Overall very friendly, trustworthy and competitive. Will call again next time I need heating or A/C work!

Art was simply the BEST! Got up on my roof late in the day & repaired my swamper, runs like a champ now & he didn't charge an arm & a leg. PS--he liked the bottle of cold water, along w/ payment. He's above board, fast service and reasonably priced repairs. Highly recommend!!
