I've had Johnathan come out a couple times now to do a maintenance check on my HVAC after I bought my house and then a check when it wasn't cooling. He has been prompt and knowledgeable. He will continue to be my go-to guy for AC and heat issues going forward.

Mr Pratt is very knowledgeable and very practical. He's not going to try to upsell you anything. He's honest about what equipment will cost you over it's expected lifetime. He'll teach you a few things about your system of you want to learn. I'd absolutely recommended him to anyone.

Jonathan was absolutely wonderful! Professional, kind, and very thorough. You can tell he takes great pride in his work! He got out in this horrible weather to take a second look at our heating unit after the first technician from another company said he couldn't fix it today and left saying he would check back tomorrow. Jonathan showed up quickly and assessed the situation and was able to replace the parts and get us back and running in about an hour. Out family is so grateful for him!

Repaired my a/c unit until it really wasn’t worth repairing any longer. Then Jonathan replaced my unit inside and out. I couldn’t be happier with new unit he installed. He did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company!! Prat air is a great company that cares about you and works very quickly to get your air conditioning fixed !

A lot of companies get 5* reviews because they showed up on time and fixed the problem. I'm giving Jonathan Pratt the 5* for that and more. We had a simple compressor that was giving us problems. Others missed the diagnosis. Others were going to charge us over $100 in service fees just to show up next week. Turns out the part was under warranty but a lot of companies ignore warranty work because there isn't a lot of money in it. Most offered to upsell us a new unit and coil. One company offered to switch our warranty part out but were $500 more expensive than Jonathan. He took the time to listen to our situation and explain our options in a way that helped me understand the full picture. He was honest, fast, and worked with us in a way that built trust. Above and beyond. Thank you sir for the help.

Pratt Pro LLC has great customer service and genuine willingness to work within the scope of work that needed done. Other Air Conditioning companies use high pressure sale/high price tactics to try to take advantage of people, not them. Very happy with work that was done and will recommend to anyone that asks.
