Mr. Pratt checked our A/C system prior to selling our home. His equipment was top of the line like we’ve never seen before. He gave us an extremely accurate and honest analysis of our A/C system and he explained everything in great detail. We have already recommended him to family and friends and they had nothing but great things to say as well. We will be using him from now on.

I called Jonathan to schedule our seasonal AC tune-up, and he was out the same day. He was thorough, professional, and on time. Unlike other companies that give a 4-hr window for arrival, Jonathan set the time he would be there, and he was there. I would highly recommend Pratt Pro and will use them for our future HVAC needs.

Got super lucky being referred to Jonathan Pratt. Besides being very professional, he was punctual, explained everything he did, was reasonably priced, and most importantly, he did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge by selling me unneeded parts or services. Gotta admit that I was nervous about repairs to my AC system because of horror stories I have read and heard over the years. Not the case with Jonathan Pratt!

I highly recommend Pratt heating and Air. He’s locally owned in the Watauga area.
He moved me to first on his list as my system was not working correctly. He said he didn’t want us to get overheated in the house. His team came out in the morning and didn’t stop until the job was done that evening.
They put down carpet protectors and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. Even had someone come out to remove the old units for us.
He was easy to communicate with and wasn’t trying to upsell the job. Matter of fact, he talked me out of spending money on something I only “thought” I needed.
His prices were extremely reasonable and he was super polite.
If you need any kind of AC, heat or duct work this is a reliable, trust worthy man.

I needed my AC back up fast and Pratt had a technician onsite within 4 hours. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a great job at explaining what was wrong and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and asking questions. This was a huge plus for me as I am usually a DIY guy. Overall a great experience. Prompt, same day service AND quality work at a great price. Definitely my new go-to for HVAC.

I called Mr. Pratt on a Friday night at 7:30pm needing my furnace fixed on a cold 30 degree night. Mr. Pratt promptly arrived and fixed my issue for a reasonable price. Johnathan was A W E S O M E he came by immediately and cut right to the chase. Within minutes he identified the short in the AC and I watched him eliminate the possible issues one by one. He was extremely thorough,swift,and was affordable. He also didn’t try to upcharge me on anything, he asked to check if I needed refrigerant in my AC system and then told me I was full and no additional refrigerant was needed. 10/10

Johnathan was amazing! I had spent most of the morning just praying someone would answer their phone because our A/C went out in the house last night. He answered on the first call and was at my house within the hour. He was thorough and told me exactly what the problem was. Drove across town to get a part to fix it and had my A/c up and running again within a few hours. Very knowledgeable, informing, and professional. Will definitely use again if service is ever needed!
