My AC went out and I tried calling many different companies and this is the only one that answered after 5 and came out immediately. My house thermostat was at 83 degrees and only rising so I needed someone to come out today and quick. I appreciate the fast and friendly service as well as the honesty to fix my AC.

Our A/C stopped cooling in the middle of the day, and after calling a few people Pratt Pro (Jonathan) was able to fit us inbetween his scheduled appointments and fix the blown capacitor. He answered all of my questions around how my A/C works and was very honest on everything. I think I found my A/C guy for the future.

Mr Pratt is very knowledgeable about his job. My AC was not working, summer time in Texas. My home insurance company sent technicians (2 people) that gave a diagnosis that was going to cost over $3,000 and I had to pay it out of pocket. We called Mr Pratt for a second opinion and he determined that the previous technicians were wrong. He gave a different diagnosis and fixed the AC right away, which cost us 3times less than what we were about to spend.

Our A/C stopped cooling. A repair man came and suspected a leak. Saw that the unit was under warranty and told us to contact a repairman under the warranty.

Jonathan from PrattPro came same day! Inspected the unit and all the ducts. Found there were no leaks. Fixed the problems and serviced our unit. Now our house is cool again!
