Jonathan helped us with our home hvac unit and was able to get our ac up and running quickly on one of the hottest days of the year!. He also has worked on hvac units for our rental properties. He is totally professional, reliable and knows hvac systems very well. We have worked with many hvac companies in the past and PrattPro and Jonathan are the best!

What can I say? 12/10! Jonathan was completely professional and very friendly! Came quickly after I called. This guy was in and out in a jiffy. Gave me exactly what I asked for without over selling me. Left me completely satisfied. WILL USE AGAIN!

In a day where service seems to have been lost amidst companies looking to create “potential problems” just to make money it’s refreshing to know there are still some out there like these guys. Excellent customer service and integrity. No worry on hesitating to call them from basic needs to complete install. They can do it.

He was a great guy. Took rome to explain what happened and what he done to fix it. Also took time to explain proper temperature to set A/C. He was great even explain the advantages of having blackout curtains. Would recommend company for any services needed.
