This is the most unprofessional company I've ever met. Casey the red head make all types of false promises knowing our medical situation in our home last night. He pride himself so much on how detailed he was in measuring and making sure all went smoothly before an install! He had many request from me removing a door to get to the A.C. at an additional cost of nearly 400.00. I went ahead and hired my friend who did it for free. So after making a HUGE mess in my home for six hours. They realized he( Cassey) measured WRONG and asked for am additional $2,000 dollars to get a different unit or down grade with a difference of $300.00. Our home looks like a war zone and my very sick on a ventilator baby has to endure this Texas heat. We will have to find another company with honest and with Real customer service asap! I will have take my child with all her medical machines and nurses to stay in a hotel tonight. I urge anyone reading this review to stay away from heartless, uncompassinate and unprofessional company. They left me in the middle of July in this situation. It is truly heartbreaking and surreal the company owner and his step son can do this horrible thing. His own staff was beyond embarrassed and felt horrible seeing what was done today.........

First, just an FYI, I never review anyone, I hate doing it. Its a pain, however, AireSmith really deserves an outstanding review so I decided to do it. Sorry its so long winded, but I really want you to know how pleased I am with everyone at the company. It was time for our AC system to be replaced. I had also been concerned about how much airflow was getting to a few of my rooms. I did some research on how ducts and the AC system works to get an idea on what I needed to ask to get an estimate because I literally new nothing. I then decided it was time to get estimates. I had three different companies come out to get quotes, but only one one made me feel comfortable that the job would get done the way I wanted it to. Darren came out and talked with me for a very long time and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. He is what sold me on using AireSmith and made me feel I could trust them to do the work. I really liked how the estimate covered every little detail, and there weren't any hidden costs. I feel what I was asking for was very in depth and the estimate reflected all the different directions the process could take. Darren came out again to take some measurements and I think even one more time before we setup the appointment for the actual installation. It was a two day job. Joe, Justin and R.J. were the guys that came out. They were all nice, professional and most important competent. Darren even came back out on the first morning to make sure the guys knew what was needing to be done. Everyone was on time and ready to work. They did what was needed in the two days they were here. Then a week later Kasey (a technician), Darren and, the owner, John came out to inspect the work. We have a Nest thermostat and Kasey is a technician that is familiar with them. He ran some diagnostic tests and made sure the Nest was running correctly with the unit. John, the owner, went over what the installers did and made sure it was up to his standards. John sat with me and went over the warranty and made sure that I was happy with the way everything went. I was surprised by how many times Darren came out to make sure I was content and I was surprised that John, the owner, actually took the time and goes out to customers houses to make sure they are satisfied. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with AireSmith and I would recommend them to anyone. The system works great and the rooms that were having problems with airflow have been taken care of.

About a month ago a client (previous buyer) called to say her A/C was not working. She asked who to call and I recommended Aire/Smith as they have taken care of our heating and air conditioning needs for our home and rental properties since company started. They answered the phone after hours and got her scheduled for the next day. The technician was knowledgeable and knew how to fix her problem right away. What appeared to be a simple job turned into a complicated task quickly. Even though it was 100 degrees that day he stayed in that attic for hours until he had her A/C going. I was doing research and getting estimates recently for a full replacement of my HVAC system this past month. After getting nearly 10 estimates, I decided to go with Airesmith. They weren't the cheapest, but they also weren't the most expensive. It was after the owner came out himself to give his input on the install that I decided to stick with them. We use Airesmith on 2 rental home properties as well as 2 family home properties for servicing, and the peace of mind John gave me about the install was what made up my mind. He stuck by the original quote despite a few changes and custom work that were necessary to get the job done. During my research, I was very surprised at the lack of comments on yelp, google reviews, etc., even though Airesmith has been in business longer than any of the other companies that came out for estimates. I wanted to be sure and give a solid review to eliminate any doubt other customers may have as they come across Airesmith in their own searches. You can feel confident if you choose Airesmith for your HVAC needs.

Aire Smith did an excellent job of installing our new HVAC system. Darren, our salesperson was extremely thorough in determining our needs, and produced an excellent proposal. He made us feel very comfortable and we purchased the system from them. Since the installation, Darren has come back to make sure the system is functioning properly and help us with programming the thermostat system. John, the company president, is coming out next week to do the final inspection. The system runs great, and we couldn't be happier.

I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere for a/c service. Airesmith is unreliable -- the tenant of one of my properties asked for service but was not even listed -- Airesmith tried to get my personal credit card rather than my LLC account which I resented. I gave Airesmith written authorization for work -- which was never done. The tech who was sent out was smug and defiant; the office crew extremely unhelpful. GO ELSEWHERE. There are dozens of other a/c companies and you shouldn't have to suffer Airesmith's bad service. I had to give them one star in order to post. I expect they won't be around very long.
Owner: Thank you for your response -- which is completely baseless. As an LLC I do not share personal financial data or mix it with company data -- which is what your staff was trying to do. Moreover, you have had my LLC e-mail address on file for more than a year -- and your staff could and did communicate by that means. Your tech was insolent -- and did nothing for your $99 fee. (Took me 12 minutes to find another firm.) If I could have given you NO stars, I would have. With such bad support of companies such as mine, trust me, you'll be out of business. Good luck.
