Fan motor went out Saturday night. Sunday morning I called everyone and airesmith were the first ones to respond and have a tech out asap. Because it was a Sunday, the warehouse was closed so we had to wait until Monday to get the part. My tech Ovie came out and installed and we are back in business. They put up with my anxiety like professionals who cared. A customer for life now!

Airesmith just installed the second the second central unit in my wife's small rental house. All went smoothly and as promised. The first one lasted 16 years. They took care of us very well the few times we needed service. I do not expect things to change. Highly recommended.
