Chris very respectful of my house and our time together working on my A/C updates. He kept me involved with the process at every step and took time to walk me through the mechanics of the A/c system. He made a point to show me what to look for in the system that could lead to future issues. He was polite, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions.

The owner Marissa is one of the kindest people God could have ever put into my life as I walked up the street to get a breath of fresh air she stopped to make sure I was okay and offered her wonderful services. I don't know what I would have done if she was not in the right place at the right time and I thank her abundantly for being such a beautiful light and a dark world. Chris the technician was so knowledgeable already describing the unit I had as he walked up and sharing compassion and such great professionalism as he repaired our ac. Aire Smith is an excellent business that we have used for over 25 years. Excellent servicemen, communication, and scheduling. If you’re in a bind they bend over backwards to make you comfortable and get it fixed asap.

Chris is great 👍. Fixed my thermostat settings I couldn't figure out. Took plenty of time to explain things to me. They had put this new HVAC system in for me last year. Great job!
