Jose was great! This is my second experience with Walker and Jose completed both jobs. Professional, clean and did a wonderful job getting our units working!

Our air conditioner was not cooling so I called a company who at one time was very reliable. He examined our unit and determined we needed a cicuit board. He said he would have it Monday ( this was Sat.) we waited all that next week. I called and was told he would have to order it. Having had good experiences with Dustin Walker, I called and within a few hours, Josh came and found a wire that had burned into. He fixed it and there was no need for a circuit board. Needless to say, Walker Heating and Air is # 1 on our list.

Terrible customer service! This company does not understand what it means to operate in East Texas. A service gentleman came to our house and tested the system with a device that acts as a thermostat, we were told the problem was only with our thermostat and that it needed to be replaced (Without plugging in the thermostat). We were told they do not install thermostats unless it is one they provide (they were very expensive). We installed the thermostat and still no heat. We had an electrician look at the system who told us it was in-fact the HVAC system and specifically the transformer. I called Walker Heating and Air to see if they could waive their $79.99 service call fee because the problem was the transformer i.e the HVAC unit. The employee I spoke with told me there was no way the problem was the transformer when they were there and they could not help. I advised that I would have no problem calling another heating and air company to fix the problem but wanted to give them a chance since the problem was in fact with the HVAC system and they had already been out there. He told me to call someone else. I highly recommend using anyone other than Walker Heating and Air for your heating and air needs.
